Question: Is medicine like food in as much as packaging and allergies to other meds? If someone has a nut allergy they cannot even eat a bar of chocolate that is produce somewhere peanut containing products are. Wrappers now say things like, this product has cannot be guaranteed nut free. Is medicine the same? Say if someone is allergic to penicillin could another medication contain traces due to where it's packed or is medicine packed differently as it has to be sterile or can more than one medicine be packaged on the same line and cross contaminate, so to speak, another?

Answer: I would say that it is possible. But there are very strict standards for medicine.

Answer: Food is by far your best method to keep illness at bay. You need a well rounded diet with plenty of lean protein and veggies and fruit and limited good carbs and whole grains. The body was made to eat small amounts of food high in vitamins and minerals. But since much of your food nowadays is over-processed and void of nutrients we have to have supplements. The best way to prevent most illness is by the food you eat. It is all about what you put into your body.

Answer: Palestine? as in Jordan or some where else? In recorded history the only time that this area of Israel has been called Palestine is when Yassar Arafat declared it to be a country in 1967 at the Khartoum Conference. Israel lets food and medicine flow through the land of Israel to the nomads, Palestine people who settled in this land in 1918 after the British took over the Ottoman Empire, and fled when the Arab countries told them to leave in 1948 so that they could destroy all Jews in the area to give them a land but that never happened. However when it comes to Hamas Israel tries to keep them from getting the weapons into the land to kill the women and children of Israel.

When I look up the definitions of these topics, there seems to be a more vast array of methods besides 'nutrition' or use of 'foods'. This is also something I would like to persue as a career and I am having a hard time finding programs that fit into this category...sort of like being a nutritionist...but dealing with using supplements, colonics, etc. aswell to cure ailments and propel a person to optimum health. Answer: I've heard many people referring to this field as Phyto-chemistry or even phyto-medicine, although I'm not sure that's a real career field yet. Probably being a holistic or intergrative health practitioner is what you'd be looking for. Answer: give tropically forested countries carbon credit rating. give them tax/custom/excise cuts in their exports or any other financial benefits over others.

Answer: It is true. In the 1700's in England Health care persons employed to look after the monarchy came up with the idea that the orange vegetable would cure eyesight ailments. This was due to the brightness of color. The monarchy swore by the vegetable and only the rich could afford to be treated by the carrot. It took people a while to realise that despite the brightness in color, it did not cure ailments however the vegetable was quite tasty and tasted good boiled. So that's how it was used as a food. Poor people were able to buy the carrots. That is where the old age saying "eat carrots you get good eyesight" comes from.

Answer: depends where you live, i only know an organisation in south africa that i have joined. they do plans for you and show you how your food is your medicine and how to use it.
