Question: I need to lose some baby weight. I already diet, but I want to try a health/diet supplement. Any suggestions? I want to lose 10 - 20 pounds in a month. I exercise and diet, but I want an extra metabolism boost. I want an overall health boost. I am not looking for a pill that says it will burn my fat while I sit on the couch with a gallon of ice cream. I am being realistic, I want this as a diet aid. Any suggestions will be helpful.

Quite recently I've found that my faeces have started to float on the water in the toilet. Some of them sink but the majority float on the surface and it often takes 4-5 flushes before they all eventually go through the U-bend. Is this a sign of a health problem or a bad diet?
Answer: In some cases, floating stools are caused by the excess amount of gas in the intestine. This can be due to a change in the diet or gastrointestinal infections. It can be the presence of gas that makes the stools float.
Mal-absorption of nutrients and fats may also lead to floating stools with diarrhoea. Excess levels of fat in the stools (steatorrhea) can happen due to mal-absorption. In this case, the stools may be foul smelling too. It may also happen that the bacteria in the intestine act on the excess nutrients in the faecal matter and release more gas, which in turn makes the stools float.

Answer: Eat less carbohydrate foods--compensate your hunger by salads--eat green vegetables and fruits. Avoid junk ,oily and spicy foods and animal protein,take less sweets--drink at least 7-8 glasses of water everyday--walk for 30 minutes per day.
Question: How can I start a fitness and health diet program at school? I am EXTREMELY CONCERNED about all of the overweight kids in the halls, blocking my way.
They are blocking my way, causing me to be occasionally be late for class, and therefore interrupting my education.

Answer: Perhaps you could suggest to your principal that your school could develop a lunchtime program where students could discuss fitness and health issues.This program could also be integrated into any existing P.E. program.I think issues such as promoting good health through fitness and diet can be made to appeal to all students. Guest speakers could be brought in to speak on a variety of topics.Students could have a suggestion box and put in requests for possible topics.Does your school have an after school cooking club?This could be another option for learning how to be creative with meals that are nutritious and satisfying.If you have a written proposal to submit to your principal your idea will be taken more seriously.By the way I would omit the part about people blocking the hall if you want them to read your proposal. Answer: Silly bots. Anyway, I've read some pretty good reviews about Fit Zone Advanced, it seems to be a lot of buzz about it on the net. It's funny when it comes to diet pills/supplements, most people don't like them and say that they don't work.
I just don't go for that, in my opinion most people are too lazy to realize that it is a supplement, not a miracle. If you are realistic about what to expect, you won't get your heartbroken. Diet pills aid you in your weight loss, it doesn't cause it.

Question: Good health diet to get clearer skin? I'm starting to get really bad acne. I think it might partly be because of my diet. I used to eat like fast foods all the time but i've cut them out of my diet. But what are some foods i should eat and some that i should avoid to have clearer skin?
Answer: Acne is bacteria. Try using Purell Hand Sanitizer. Believe it or not, it truly helps flare-ups. It is available at Wal-mart. You can try a "travel size" bottle for a $1.
Also incorporate yogurt into your diet. Yogurt contains the good bacteria your body needs to fight off the in balance of bad bacteria. Shop for a yogurt with the least amount of sugar grams.
Stay away from greasy foods and especially soda.

Answer: Good cholesterol is high density lipoproteins (HDL) and bad cholesterol is low density lipoproteins (LDL).
Unsaturated fats (most vegetable fats such as nuts, beans, peas and lentils) will increase your HDL level, decrease your LDL level and also reduce your overall cholesterol.
Saturated fats are mostly LDL.
