Question: What is the best natural supplement to take for anxiety/stress? Any natural vitamin on supplement you can just purchase @ walmart?

Answer: Try lemon balm tea or chamomile tea. Plus I would take B complex vitamins as these are the anti-stress vitamins and a magnesium/calcium combination tablet as magnesium is known as the anti-stress mineral. Ma/Ca are better taken together.
