Weight Loss Supplements

Question: Are weight loss supplements dangerous or do they work? I am doing some weight training for the first time. I love working out and want the best possible results. I'm seeking to become a personal trainer, do some excersise videos, and be in a few fitness magazines. Do weight loss supplements, such as hydroxycut or slimquik, really work? Are they dangerous for your body? How do they work? Thank you kindly for answering. I appreciate you all.

Answer: theyre ripoffs... and they arent healthy for you..if you read fine print they tell you to eat right and exercise so that tells you that they dont work.. so its better just to do it the old fashioned way, eat right and exercise!
