Amino Acid Benefits
Question: In amino acid chromatography whats the benefits of using two different solvents?
Answer: Two solvents are best used because there are polar and non-polar amino acids. A general rule of chemistry is that polar solvents dissolve polar compounds and non-polar solvents dissolve non-polar compounds. Therefore, since there are more than likely both polar and non-polar amino acids in the sample you are trying to separate, using both a polar solvent and a non-polar solvent it is ensured that all of the amino acids will be separated during chromatography.
Question: What are the benefits of supplementing with branched chain amino acid complex? I am a 27 year old female,I'm not so much into body building at this time because I don't plan on getting big, but I am pretty toned and looking to get more cut.
Answer: "These amino acids, their most easily assimilated form, are essential for maximum muscle regeneration. they also play a key role in normalizing moods, concentration, aggression, attention, sleep, and sex drive"

^_^ good luck
Question: If I take amino acid tablets rather than protien shakes and powders, would it provide same benefits ? I bought amino acid capsules, which have predigested amino acids in form of tablets. Can I use them instead of protien shakes and powders to supplement my diet for muscle building?
Answer: Yes, amino acids in capsule form contain usually the 22 amino acids necessary for a complete protein. You will have to read on the bottle how much protein is in each tablet, so you can be sure you are getting the protein you want. I'm glad these are capsules as they will disintegrate very quickly in the stomach. Never use tablets.
Question: What are the benefits of amino acids when weight lifting?
Answer: they are supposed to help repair muscle tissue damaged by training and offer instant fuel to muscles to use, however i found that if your diet is sound and you supplement with whey protein before and post workout, you get the same benefits and do not waste money on aminos which tend to be a costly investment
Question: is it okay to take amino acid tabs when i am a kung-fu player ? ? ? (see details)? I'm a kungfu player (i don't go to gym), if i took amino acid, wut will be the benefits ?! (i have a amino box (i was using it while goin to the gym in the past), so should i continue using amino now or it won't make difference?! answer with DETAILS necessary
Answer: Amino is the basic form of protein. In other words, its the simplest form that the body would use after protein is broken down and metabolised. Everyone needs amino acid everyday, all the 9 essential amino acids for repair, maintenance and growth. So yes you still need it but ensure its in the right quantity, not overdosing. Refer to a qualified fitness trainer if you're aren't sure:)
Question: what are the benefits of amino acids?
Answer: Amino acids are the "bricks" from which the body constructs its own protein. Amino acids are manufactured by the body and from dietary sources. Our body produces nonessential amino acids and our body. The essential amino acids that our body needs come from food sources such as these:
Sunflower seeds/green peas
Navy beans/barley
Green peas/corn
Red beans/rice
Sesame seeds/soybeans
Black-eyed peas/rice and peanuts
Green peas/ rice
Corn/pinto beans
When even one essential amino acid is missing from the diet, deficiency can develop. So eat up!
I hope this helps.
Question: Does marijuana have any health benefits like hemp such as amino acids or proteins?
...also if it killed brain cells somone would have died from it already
Answer: First, no, it does NOT kill brain cells. There is NO PERMANENT DAMAGE FROM SMOKING MARIJUANA! The only reason that people claim that is because of the rhesus monkey experiment where monkeys were cut off from oxygen for multiple minutes while breathing only marijuana smoke. Of course there would be brain damage. Their brains got no oxygen for a long period of time!
Now, back to your question...
There are SOOO many health benefits:
There have been studies done that show a possible link between THC and prevention of some cancers.
Pot helps alleviate pain and stimulate hunger, so it helps AIDS patients, cancer patients, glaucoma patients.
It also helps with insomnia, depression, anxiety, ADD and even asthma (I havent had to take preventative medicine in months, and when I did finally do it last week, I only did it for 2 days because my asthma was worse...)
Like I said, there are NO permanent effects of smoking pot, and within 30 days of quitting, your body is practically back to 100%.
There are plenty of other diseases/conditions/situations where marijuana helps. Check out google and you'll probably find a lot more :)
It's the best plant on Earth.
Question: what is better to take, an amino acid supplement or protein supplement? I want to build muscle fast, which would be better to take for the maximum benefits
Answer: Protein. Protein is made up of amino acids, so taking extra aminos rarely helps. Any good protein powder will list the amino acid profile on the package.
However, if you want to use both, I'd recommend Branched Chain amino acids in addition to protein powder. BCAA's are really important to muscle growth. Again, protein supplements already contain BCAAs, but a little extra can be a big help.
Question: Why people take Amino Acid pills from Gnc or others... before gym workout? Is it necessary taking before? I know it isa must to take protein after workout to repair your muscle, but is there a need to take before?
What is the benefits for taking before workout?
Answer: not necessary to take only after a workout. you can take both before and after. the difference is really negligible. just make sure most of your protein is from wholefoods instead of protein shakes. you can take 3 scoops of protein a day, that should be enough, if you have a 'normal' life and not a bodybuilder's life.
so yeah, take it whenever you want, but you must take one after your workout.
Question: amino acid supplement? Would taking an amino acid supplement have any health benefits for someone who was not bodybuilding.
Couldn't it be possible for someone to be deficient in a particular amino acid if they were not eating as healthy as they should?
Answer: no, the only effect you would notice is a smaller number on your bank account.
Question: I am about to increase my amino acid intake. Will this help hgh levels? I've found Arginine, Lysine, Tyrosine, Glutamine, and Chromium and I'm going to start taking them. What benefits will I reap from taking these daily?
Answer: no, it will increase your recovery speed and strength
add these BCAAs for maximum results
L-Luecine, Isoluecine, Valine
Question: What are the benefits and side effects you have personally seen from L-Arginine? I am going to start taking the Amino acid L-arginine along with other supplements for muscle, exercise, etc. What are the benefits and side effects to be aware of. How many grams do you generally start out with for the first week. Generally i have taken half the recommended dosage with other supplements. I have heard there is other benefits then building muscle mass. Please let me know you experience with Arginine
Answer: it itself doesnt build muscle, arginine helps dialate blood vessels, which in turn more nutrients that build muscle reach the muscle faster and a higher hit of nutrients, it can be effective, but plain arginine by itself? NO!
maybe if your into plain individual things, get Arginine-AKG, Ornithine-AKG and Citrulline Malate, those 3 will help nitric oxide production,
universal nutrition makes these products great, cheap and effective.
or you can go with a blend, such as super pump 250, which has creatine and other amino acids to aid muscle growth.
good luck
Question: Why do you need to take amino acids when working out? What do amino acids do for you after weight lifting that benefits the body?
Answer: you do not need amino acids... they foritiefy your muscles and replenish the amino acids that u burn from working out..
but its enough to take whey protein shakes...
as that has plenty of amino acids
and glutamine is the most important amino acid that your muscles need..
Question: i have amino acid 50% from soya origin. it can be used for animal feed or human use? 50% AMINO ACID POWDER
(SOYA PROTIEN HYDROLYSATE – 100% WATER SOLUBLE)
Suitable for Fertilizer & Animal Feed
Amino Acid is a Bio-organic nutritional product derived from vegetable source (SOYA) required for plant growth promotion and for higher yields. It promotes hormonal activity and induces their synthesis resulting into flowering and fruit setting. It also reduces the flower and fruit drop caused by hormonal imbalance.
It enhances nutritional uptake and their utilization which improves the colour, size, luster and taste of fruits. It also improves keeping quality. It is an ideal product to resist from adverse conditions.
The foliar application enables the plants to receive direct benefits from naturally balanced nutrients/ growth stimulating substances when they are needed by the plants especially at the time of stage differentiation. It is extracted from naturally occurring cereal protein source, the most biologically active for crops as a source of protein.
Mode of Action
•Promotes uptake of macro and micro nutrients.
•Promotes enzymic activity by acting as natural stimulant
•Stimulates protein synthesis as it contains Amino Acids which are Building Blocks.
•Induces Flowering and Fruit set related hormones.
•Improves the efficiency of the pesticides and fungicides with synergism.
•Provides drought resistance by its direct action.
Direct Benefits
•Helps in better crop spread.
•Induces flowering and reduces flower drop.
•Improves fruit set and reduces fruit drop.
•Improves fruit size, quality and colour.
•Advaces maturity and increases the keeping quality.
•Gives drought resistance.
•Thereby it increases to significant extent.
Application:
For Foliar Application: 1 Gram/ 1 Litre of Water
Soil Aplication: Dilute it as 1:3000-4000 in water.
It can be mixed with most nutrient solutions and pesticides.
Nevertheless make a miscibility test before first application.

Question: amino acids? how do amino acids benefit your body
Answer: Amino acids are the basic structural building units of proteins. Twenty amino acids are encoded by the standard genetic code and are called proteinogenic or standard amino acids. Combinations of these amino acids produce every single essential protein for the homeostasis of the human body.
Question: Amino Acids? I've been weightlifting for 2 years now, and I'm just getting put on to the benefits of amino acids. But it's a complex issue with me due to all of the different kinds out there. I purchased the GNC 1800 a few months ago, but I'm not sure if that's a BCAA. So my question is, what type of amino acids should I purchase at GNC to give me an OVERALL animo acid complex. Any help would be appreciated...Thanks
Answer: BCAAs are a great supplement, especially when taken at high enough dosages. The problem is they are costly.
Don't waste your money on a combination amino product. Look for straight-up BCAAs, maybe with a little creatine or glutamine thrown-in.
And if you're still buying from GNC, even with your Gold card, you are getting ripped-off!
Check out this site for a good supplement manual that recommends specific brands and where to get them for less than half the cost of GNC:
