Answer: now's a good time- your body is slowly and constantly losing estrogen starting about now so you'll be aging more and more you should use a good eye cream and moisturizer and lots of spf, exfoliate with a physical scrub and/or glycolic acid, and maybe consider a retnoid to help prevent wrinkles while you still can

Answer: Wow, there are a lot of anti-aging foods :). Most fruits and veggies are great. All of them! But especially very pigmented and darkly colored fruits are great (like some berries for example). But really, all fruits and veggies have their benefits. Also, healthy fats are important. Extra Virgin olive oil is great. You can drink a tea-spoon daily, and it's good for you. Nuts are great too in moderation. Garlic, onions.. Whole grains are extremely important. Tomatoes, carrots, great for Vitamin A (the 'beauty' vitamin'). And staying active, or at least doing some deep breathing for a few minutes each day is also helpful, and keeps the body young. (I'm sorry for saying 'great' too much lol, i just like this kind of stuff).

Question: At what age should women starting applying antiaging serums/lotions.? I use moisturizer but I was wondering when should women start using anti- wrinkling creams, they're so expensive, and I'm 21, should I even bother yet?

Answer: That depends on the condition of your skin. When I was 22 many of my friends had crows feet (I was fortunate, I didn't and still don't) and didn't use any sort of anti aging product (including eye creams) and now at 35 they look so much older. But even if you're like me and show no signs of crows feet you should always use an eye cream at any age. In my opinion, if you have dry skin, if your family members have/had signs or premature aging or if you are out in the sun you should start using a moisturizer with an SPF and if it happens to be an anti-aging product even better. My personal recommendations: anything by Philosophy.

Question: Does it matter what age you use antiaging product?:What if you really need them? Ive seen alot of young women now days that already have wrinkles,and sun spots,or whatever they call it (sun exposure)...and stuff like that..Can they still use the anti aging things since even if theyre so young...i think my sis need stuff for her eyes.lol

Answer: just make sure she doesn't get stuff that's specifically for older skin. it'll be too heavy for someone under 35 and may do more damage to her skin. i've been using anti-wrinkle stuff since i was 16. i'm almost 30 now, recently quit smoking after 10 years, and live in hawaii so i'm in the sun every day of the year and i have NO wrinkles or sunspots. it's never too early to start taking care of your face!
