Question: Best Exercise? What is the best,a dn fastest Exercise to do to lose weight the fastest. I know its good to eat healthy and have a good diet but i want to know what Exercises work best.
Answer: My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.
On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.
The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!
Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.
Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.
Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

Best exercise varies from age to age and profession to profession.
If you are in 20s of early 30s, best exercise is swimming, and than jogging (light running).
If you are in late thirties than swimming and than brisk walking.
If you are in 40s or more with no or minor exercise history, you may take walking as the best exercise.
To lose fat and to tone up yourself I recommand as under:
Generally you gain weight because of fats deposits, just dissolve them. How?
1. Reduce or stop to take oils and fats.
2. Stop taking sugar and glucose. (Mainly tea, coffee & cold drinks.
3. Stop taking potato, rice.
4. Reduce wheat and corn as much as possible.
Take vegitables, boiled meat, fruits (even sweet).
And at the top of all:
Walk at least 40 to 60 minutes twice a day.
You will start losing weight to the extent of daily difference.

Answer: I am a mom of 2 boys. I never had a c-section, but cardio mixed with Pilate's worked for me. Six months after my first baby I worked out 5-6 days a week doing 30 minutes of cardio and 4-5 days a week doing Pilate's. In 2 months my body was in better shape than before my baby was born.
