Question: What is the difference between body butter and body creams? Are they the same thing?
& NO I am not talking about body lotions. I'm talking about body butter & body creams.
So, What is the difference between body butter and body cream?
K, Thanks. [:
-Ken.
Answer: Body Butter is made with Shea butter. It's quite thick and absorbs more slowly than lotion. It's great for dry winter skin but kind of unappealing in hot weather. Body cream is a bit lighter and made with a variety of ingredients. :)
Question: How does body fat distribution in women work? It seems to me that the reason some women are models is their body fat distribution favors large breasts even when they're skinny--or body fat accumulates in the bust and hips, not the waist, giving them a natural hourglass figure. Female hormones promote this body fat distribution, which is why male-to-female transexuals can transform their bodies. But it's not just hormones, is it?
Answer: Each women is different. Most of us gain weight first in our hips, stomach, boobs and butt area's that is hormones. Then some of us genetically are cursed with big thighs and over all body shape..... It is different for each person. Skinny guys naturally have a very womanly shape, then if you add hormones on the equation it adds breasts and hips to a naturally good figure already. I know other guys don't want to see another man as attractive like a women unless gay, but it is true skinny guys have bodies girls would kill for. Good luck to you.
Question: What causes a body to decompose if the brain is not working to send a signal to the body to tell it to decay? When my turn comes for me to leave this pathetic body and die,how will my body decompose and rot without the brain,it must need something to signal the body to start the decomposition process.
By the way I eat decomposed air often.
Answer: Actually there is no signal! The body does not need signals for it to decay. After death naturally all the living things inside our body like worms dont get food and thus start eating our body! All the blood flow stops and it becomes stale even the brain!
Question: How do I lower the body fat on my abs without lowering body fat on the rest of body? If i lower body fat all round my body i will look like a stick since im already skinny. I was told to see my abs I need to reduce my body fat over them how?
Answer: No such thing as 'spot toning'. Simply can't be done.
What you can do is work out on the abs a lot more and increase the muscle size, therefore making it more visible.
You either work on the abs, sit ups, crunches that kinda thing, or loose weight over your entire body.
Or not care. either one!
Question: What body shape is suitable for skinny jeans? I want to know what body is suitable for skinny jeans. I'm planning to buy a pair but I won't buy it if I don't look good in them. I'm 175cm tall and have normal body size.
What body is good for skinny jeans and why? And how skinny should the jeans be?
Answer: Who cares, where what you want. I'm sure they'll look good.
Average body type looks best in them for guys because it's not too fat and bulging- not too skinny and stick looking.
For a guy skinny jeans can look anywhere from this:

Question: How do body builders reduce their body fat percentage to such a small number? I workout 5 times a week, and generally consume a net caloric amount of less than 1000, and what I do eat is very healthy.
So, I'm basically wondering how body builders shift so much body fat before building muscle.
Thanks!
Answer: Bodybuilders utilize three methods for dieting. Low carb (ketogenic) diets OR high carb diets OR somewhere in between.
They also are the genetic elite. Plus the professionals use steroids, hgh, clenbuterol, t3, dnp, insulin, diuretics etc etc
Question: How human body regulate between heat and cold atmosphre and how to maintain the body temperature.? Which makes human body more heat.
Any tips to keep the human body temperature optimum.
Answer: If outside temperature is lower, best way to keep optimum temperature is to cover as much exposed skin surface as possible, and to intake more calories. Calories are what we need for energy, and some of the energy we get from calories goes into heating the body, since a majority of our body's composition is water. if outside temperature hotter, expose more skin surface area, as it will increase the surface area that can help to dissipate heat. body regulates it's own temperature in cold by lessening blood flow to extremeties like the limbs so less body heat is lost to the outside environment. most of the blood would be isolated at the core of the body, basically the trunk, and some to the head. when it's hot, the opposite happens as more blood is sent to extremities, where it can be cooled down and where more heat can be expelled via sweating. this cooling system of increasing blood flow to wider skin areas is what Elephants employ by having their thin, large ears.
Question: How toxic is waste excreted from natural body? Would law be similar for the spiritual body of Christ? Seems a body has two main functions:
- nourish itself, for growth
- removal of waste
Seems even blood both
- nourishes every part of body
- removes waste from every part of body
What about the spiritual body of Christ?
What produces growth in spiritual body?
What did Christ abolish from his flesh?
Is it perhaps time some spiritual folk had a movement,
if they're so full of it that's it's coming out their mouths,
and what's coming out their mouths is pretty toxic stuff?
Answer: respect for Jesus Christ is what ones should have instead of disrespect.
Question: What happens in the human male body after a full body workout and the indegestine of protein? I did a full body workout, intense weight lifting, cardio. Then after the work out i drank a protein shake (20 grams protein) What is the process of the protein in the body when eaten. What happens to muscles and your body after a workout and then feeding your body proteins? Where does the protein help and what does it do?
Answer: Your question depends upon a couple of things.
1. The amount of carbohydrates you had pre-workout.
2. How long / intense you worked out
Number 1 will determine how much glycogen (stored blood sugar) you will have stored.
Number 2 will determine how much glycogen you will have burned during your workout.
In most cases (unless you are eating a ton of carbs pre-workout) your body will need to replenish glycogen. In other words you need both carbohydrates and protein post workout. Reason being is if you only ingest protein your body will go through a process known as gluconeogenesis. In this process your body will take protein and turn it into sugar to replenish glycogen (stored blood sugar). Your body will look to replenish glycogen before it will build new muscle tissue.
Adding carbohydrates will also ellicit a spike in insulin (a very anabolic hormone). This will drive everything into your cells. This principle of ingesting both carbs & protein applies whether you are trying to gain weight or get lean. Carbs ingested post workout will not be stored as body fat.
Here’s what to look for in a good post workout shake
1.2:1 Ratio (Carbs : protein)
2.Be sure the protein is fast absorbing (whey protein isolate or hydrolyzed casein or hydrolyzed whey)
3.Look for a good mix of carbs (medium & high glycemic)
Hope this helps. Good Luck.

Question: How long does it take the body to develop one pound of muscle? I recently bought one of those scales that measure body fat % along with body weight & muscle weigt via a light electric current sent though the body. I am pretty certain it is accurate b/c it is in line with the calpers test two trainers did on me. What my question is, is how long does it take the body to gain muscle? I realize that you cant turn fat into muscle, but that you have to burn fat and the muscle will reveal it's self, However I want to gain muscle over all. I am curious as to how long it will take to gain one pound of muscle in the body. B/c I really cant afford to lose to much muscle (only 94lbs of muscle) And my trainer said that you will loose some muscle initially while losing fat. So I want to bulk up a little so I dont lose to much muscle. Any input is much appreciated.
Answer: A pound of muscle weighs the same as a pound of fat, but muscle mass is more compact and only takes up 1/3 the space! If you go on a healthy weight loss program, which includes regular exercise, you will almost certainly gain muscle and lose fat. The scale may stay the same or may even go up, but you lose inches, since muscle takes up less space.
The only way to gain weight is to create a calorie excess. So, in theory, to gain ½ pound to a pound a week, that means creating an excess of 250-500 calories per day. Whether or not those extra calories go towards building muscle or body fat depends on whether or not you exercise. Of course, as with weight loss, genetic differences make it easier for some people to gain weight and harder for others. If your metabolism speeds way up every time you eat more, you may have to consume many more calories before you’ll achieve results
Question: How would the human body be altered to survive under water? If humans had to somehow survive under water, how would the body be changed over time? Like, gills would definitely form, I think... But where would the gills be on the body and what would happen to the lungs? Any other changes to the body?
Also, how long do you think it would take for the body to change like this?
By the way, I need this for a story I am writing.
Answer: If there's no REASON to get rid of something, then it's a detriment wasting energy to try to get rid of it. The lungs would stay, like they did on Lungfish. It might not be necessary to even have gills. Dolphins don't have any.
Question: What is the difference between a hot black body and a cool black body? A. The hot black body radiates less intensely at shorter wavelengths but more intensely at longer wavelengths.
B. The hot black body has a larger mass.
C. The hot black body radiates more intensely at all wavelengths.
D. The hot black body has a larger radius
E. The hot black body radiates more intensely at shorter wavelengths but less intensely at longer wavelengths.
I guess E but I think I'm wrong. Which one is the correct answer?
Answer: I agree with C. Here's why. Let's say the cold black body is only warm enough to make infrared. Let's say it's glowing with 100 watts of infrared. Now, let's say you heat it up. One, it will glow visible light (shorter wavelenghts). Two, in infrared it will be even brighter (like 200 watts).

Question: What body of water is the most important to Northern Europe and why? I am doing a project on Northern Europe and I want to concentrate on the most important body of water for Northern Europe, excluding the Atlantic Ocean.
What do you think is the most important body of water?
Answer: I'd say it is the Baltic sea. That provides about the only way that export and import goods can come into Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, N. Poland, Sweden, and Finland. There are a few overland routes into Finland from Russia, but the vast majority of goods come via ports on the Baltic.
