Question: What are some good bone-building vitamins or foods besides calcium& shark cartilage?

Answer: Shark Cartilage? Sigh. Oh some crazy got to you... Ditch it....k? You need phosphorous (bones are actually mostly phosphorus, its held together by calcium) magnesium, vitamin D, Vitamin K, Boron, Zinc, etc... Take Calcium with D, eat plenty of whole grains, 9-11 servings of fruits and vegetables a day, and take a multivitamin if your doctor approves.
