Carbs

Question: Carbs????????? Is it bad to eat carbs when you are trying to lose weight? If you do cut carbs do you see a difference in weight? Is it that effective? If so, what carbs should be avoided?

Answer: Their is a difference between good carbs and bad carbs. The bad carbs is what you need to avoid. Example: Whole wheat bread= good carb. When white bread= bad carb. Chips, soda's, candy bars, fat filled ice cream, white rice... Good carbs are brown rice, fruit like apples are great for natural energy! You also need protein like Grilled chicken instead of breaded or fried. Eating six small meals a day, get in a workout at least 5-6 days a week and drink that water! I once went on an no carb diet. Yea i lost the weight and pretty fast but once i started eating my favorite foods again i gained half the weight back. So make sure to eat carbs just pick out the good ones over the bad. Like for a snack i had a yogurt. The new Lit and Fit is only 60 cal and 11 carbs. It sounds like a lot of carbs but it's better than 20 or 40!
