Cellulite Managing Supplement

Question: I need some help toning before school? I'm average body weight (maybe a LITTLE on the curvy side, not bad though). I'm running a couple of times a week with a friend, but since we're both out of shape, we only manage two running laps and then three walking laps around a high school track. I need to firm up (and get rid of cellulite) on my butt, and upper thighs. I would also just like to make my stomach, arms, and legs just look more lifted and, well, toned. My school starts in August, so this is a little fast. What would a good workout, diet plan be? I'm a 14 year old girl, and I'm not willing to take a diet supplement. Would eating fruit help? I don't know these things, help! Thanks, much love <3

Answer: walking/running is a very good way to work towards straight running! Be proud of yourself for even taking this step! I would also throw in some sit-ups, push-ups (if you can't do the standard push-up start out on your knees to build the muscles up). If you ahve access to a gym a little bit of weight training will help as well (love the leg press). If your a TV watcher do sit-ups/push-ups every commercial break. For diet I would cut the soda and drink lots of water. a balanced diet is best. Fruits, eggie, carbs, protein, and what not. you need it all! When I made changes to my diet and started drinking more water and less soda it was amazing how my body just seemed to crave physical activity. My energy level was much better than when I was fueled on caffeine (the first week was horribe, but after that it was amazing). Don't worry too much about your butt :-) remember you are a 14yr old and have no idea what your body will grow into (I was actually a really chubby kid through jr high, but when I hit high school I got taller and started thinning out like crazy, honestly now I struggle to keep myself at a healthy weight because my metabolism is so high) however, it is a wonderful idea to develop a healthy life style now rather than waiting till your 30 and only being able to repair some of the damage an unhealthy lifestyle will do to you. Hope this helps!
