Answer: hmmm depends on the individual but i'd say the average for a male is 4 or 5 standard drinks (standard drink being either a bottle of beer, glass of wine or a 30ml shot of 80 proof spirits)
To get drunk on average for a male maybe 12+. When I say average thats here in New Zealand from what i've seen.
As a femlale probably around half of what I stated.. But honestly tolerance, weight etc. will all influence it so you'll have to work it out by experimenting

Answer: Interesting question. How many young people, say 30 and younger have paid into a health insurance plan since they were first employed? How many of these have had extreme health issues that otherwise would have wiped them out? Truth is, and the insurance companies know, is that the youth have *always* subsidized the elderly because statistically,one is more likely to need to *use* health insurance when one is older, than when one is younger. So, younger folks premiums go to the cost and care of those who are older. In a way, not unlike a Ponzi scheme.
Is this bad? In strict terms of the youth subsidizing their older compatriots, no. But when it gets dicey is that the youth get old eventually, and when they get their insurance revolked because of a pre-existing condition, or, they have become too expensive to cover and subsequently get cancelled by their health insurance company, that's when it becomes criminal.
So, short answer, no. There should be a Public Option that ensures the health care of everyone.

Answer: Contrary to all other answers, alcohol is not a bad thing for a diabetic.
Type 1 just adjust insulin.
In type 2 it lowers blood sugar. Do it in moderation. I do about 6 beers a day. Granted its hard to keep weight down , but we have to live don't we.
If it was said : Excessive sex will shorten your life by a few years. I would say lets get it on. A good trade off as far as I am concerned.Same with beer. So be it. I would rather die happy than walking around being a sour puss.

Answer: um, just make sure you don't indulge yourself on the munchies and your fine... marijuana isn't dangerous and nothing it it can cause cancer... it in fact fights cancer... but if you are really heath conscious keep your lungs a lil cleaner by using a vaporizer instead of smoking it vaporize! and the memory shit is only in effect when you are high... it dosn't kill brain cells at all and is proven to slow the onset of Alzheimer's

Answer: You are limiting yourself too much. All vegans and vegetarians learn that variety is key to eating a full day's worth of calories and nutrition. To up your calorie intake, nuts, nut butters, and seeds are high in fat and calories. Eat hearty whole grain bread. Avocados are deliiciouussss and they have a lot of healthy fat and calories too. Don't delay-- you need to at least double the amount of calories your eating right now because right now your not eating enough! Its not easy making the transition to being a vegan because we have to be more conscientious than everyone else. But I know you can do it. Keep track of your calories during the day for a couple of weeks and never go to bed hungry. Ask advice from some experienced vegans and vegetarians, like on websites and at your local food co-ops. Answer: It depends of the herb you want to use. Most herbs have culinary uses. You can either prepare a tea or add it to soups/dishes. For example from the powder of ginger/thyme/mint etc you could make herbal tea and use when cooking. Make garlic bread or garlic dip with garlic powder.
Flax seed powder tastes the best when mixed with yogurt.
The easiest and most effective is to prepare herb teas. Put 1 teaspoonful of powdered herb to cup, add boiling water and allow to steep for 5-10.

Answer: yeah you'll lose weight, but you'll also damage your body. by not getting enough calories, your body will begin taking it from other parts of your body, and its usually the muscles, not the fat. excersising and cutting down calories is great, but if you want to stay HEALTHY you need to add more calories

Answer: It depends how fast you are running and the intensity of the route. For example, let's say i run 6 miles today, but it took me 10 hours to do it. Obviously, i didn't reach my target heart rate and thus, I did not achieve the maximized fat burning process.
I wouldn't worry so much on calories, but rather what you are eating. With any cardio, you want to sustain your stamina. So eat high fiber carbs, like whole grain bread or brown rice. Add a banana for some natural sugar and potassium. Eat lean proteins like eggs, tofu, fish and chicken to add lean muscle. Combine this with consistent regular exercise, you will see the pounds come off. Just avoid empty calories such as soda, candy, etc.

Answer: Go to one of the BMI calculators on-line that is free but, instead of putting in your current weight, put in your desired weight and that will give you a daily caloric intake. Also there are websites that will give you a desired calorie intake. If I were you, I would drop to 1200 cal per day and when you are losing weight and then you plateau, increase your daily calories by 100... thats right.. increase and then you will start to lose again.
