Question: Creatine Supplement.? i recently bought creatine mono hydrate supplement and the instruction says drink it with water or non citrus juice. What are names of non citrus juices? i hate drinking it with water

Answer: my bf ususally drank it with milk ..but you can by like baby juice or something because i know those dont have citrus acids in them..or apple juice..or v8 juices. you can look online for non citrus juices or go to a health store and ask for some jucies that have no citrus good luck

Answer: YES:) I take an egg protein shake in the morning with my creatine, and then I take a chemical free whey protein pre and post workout. Make sure you are eating plenty of whole food sources and eating a clean diet and training correctly for the best results. Cheers!

Answer: If your cutting then cut, if your bulking then bulk. Wishy washing around is probably not a good idea but I doubt there are any health damagin effects

Answer: Just buy monohydrade and mix it with apple juice. No real need for the complexes IMO, ESPECIALLY made by muscletech. Too much cost for not enough quality to justify it. If you do need a complex, for various reasons, give cell-mass a look, thought theyre expensive as well, or Optimum Nutrition. Ive been very impressed with ONs products.

Question: Can a creatine supplement cause you not to be hired? Someone I know had to take a physical for the job they applied for. In their Urine, showed an enhancement. The only "enhancement" this person was taking was creatine (creadrive, dietary supplement). Which they bought from GMC. Question: im switching form a creatine supplement to pure creatine. is this going to make a big difference? i have been working out for like 6 months and have been taking a creatine supplement. i was not to impressed with the results so i am switching to pure creatine monohydrate 500. a metabolic responce modifier. the question is what kind of diet should i switch to? and what would happen if i didnt switch to the right diet?

Answer: Lots of my friends took creatine mono 500 in HS and it worked well. They ate ANYTHING they wanted. I would recommend eating a balanced diet, with all food groups + extra protein/carbs, and drink plenty of fluids!! But really, when taking that stuff, you're gonna see results any which way. Beware, once you stop taking creatine though, you're going to shrink like a balloon being popped. You should look into not using it.. The basketball advisor at my local YMCA used creatine a bunch, ended up having heart palpitations and nearly ended up in the hospital. You may have heart issues you're not aware of (i.e. loose heart valve, i have that and i'm 20 yrs old) and creatine will only make this worse.

Answer: yes creatine is a good weight gainer. What it does is it helps put water in muscles to gain more strength. water has more weight and stays in the body longer. The muscles are 70% water so adding more makes muscles bigger but not nessecarly stronger Creatine is mostly used to look more bloated and look more buff so taking it will make you gain wait =) although muscle tech is a shity company and mostly makes profit not "legit" supps. its a multi million dollar industry and you can talk to any expert on this. but if you want to gain weight then sure, although note you will lose that weight because it is mostly water!! note it is water... not fat... not muscle... its water it will go away unless you train alot.. you have to take protein with it in order to gain full effect and it is said to drink up to half or to a whole gallon of water a day because it drys up system in body. personaly its a waste to me and alot of others. im stronger than people who are bigger than me who take this and so are others and they lose their gains.... not worth it you will gain weight yes but it will go away after a short while. eat 7 meals a day but smaller meals to that your body isnt in a state of catobolism. eating protein every 2 hours will put you in a ANABOLIC state and your muscles and body will get bigger. when you dont eat every 2-3 hours your body goes into the catabolic mode and uses the energy from the muscles to feed the body which makes you smaller than you should be. you will get acne to from it because creatine effects your liver so overall speaking it isnt a good supp unless your Arnold and want to look big for a month you will notice you will have whole in your wallet.
