Dieting Tips

Question: Dieting tips? Does anyone know any good dieting tips? I am trying to loose weight and need some advice on which foods are good and excersising. So any tips would be great!!! THANKS

Answer: In the morning, drink only a cup of black coffee before you do your cardio workout. Go for a walk or jog, then come home, shower and eat breakfast. For breakfast look for more carbs (fuel) than protein (food). Eat egg whites instead of whole eggs, and drink lots of water and orange juice. As for meat in your diet, eat lean meats, like tuna and chicken they are high in proteine and omega fatty acids. Drink whole juices like V8 and apple/orange juice. Try not to eat anything past 9pm (considering bed time is 11:30pm. You can cheat on your diet, but if you do make sure its earlier on in the day so your body has time to burn it. Don't trust fad diets...because it's not so much what you eat..as when you eat it. Just be smart and you'll shed pounds in no time. Just don't deny yourself of cardio...you don't get something for nothing. Cheers
