Fruits Vegetables Healthy Eating

Question: eating only fruits & vegetables healthy? Lately, I've only been eating fruits & vegetables. Nothing processed. I was just wondering if that was good or if by eating too many fruits and veggies I may be actually doing bad. Is this healthy?

Answer: It's good, but you do need protein in your diet. Try some kidney beans in your salads. Tuna in salad is good too. There are so many good veggies and beans, seeds that are wonderful with veggies.
