Answer: Well, I have lived here my entire life. I am from near DC originally, and my wife is from the far off Eastern Shore. But I take since you are going to University of Maryland, you would want to be reasonably close to it? Generally Prince George's County is one of the worst . It has a lot of crime and poverty, the UMD campus is not so bad though, but that isn't really a place to live if you are married with kids. Montgomery County is a strange mix where some southern areas like Wheaton are nearly as bad as PG county, where as Bethesda is one of the most affluent and educated in the US. Northern parts of MontCo become progressively more suburban and quiet, eventually becoming rural. Areas to look for with safety in mind are away from the concentrated urban centers, but still near enough to get to necessities. Some areas out towards Columbia and Clarksville are also nice. You could also consider the E3c's or E3g's. They are a bit more expensive, but better sounding. and to me, better looks too. Also,I would recommend the Shure Se110 ($110), Shure se210 ($170-a bit over), the Altec lansing Uhp336 ($130), Ultimate Ears Super Fi 3 Studio ($130). These are by far the best sounding, best isolating earphones u can get around 100 dollars. However, I Still highly recommend the Shure Se310($300-single driver), Se420($400-dual Driver), and Se530/E500($500-Triple Driver). These are by far one of the best sounding earphones u can buy with money, These isolate an amazing amount of noise, and looks very fashionable an nice. Another great alternative is Ultimate ears, the Super Fi 5 Pro ($250-Dual driver), Triple Fi Pro ($400-triple Driver). These are a bit overpriced but they are worth every bit of money u spend on them. If u have a friend working at a bestbuy, or futureshop. They can most likely get a 60% on them. But I would think that running a good 25-30 minutes fast pace is also a good workout. Which way is more efficient and what is an overall good workout plan?

Answer: Start with a 10 min warm up then increase the incline to about 3-5 % ggrade (Uphill) Run hard uphill for 3min then slow the pace for 1min 30 sec (90sec) Repeat this process for 3-miles the first week, then add 2 more miles for a total of 5-miles. The following week increase the percentage (% )of incline a little more. This Will make the run even more challenging for you. Or you can increase the time you run hard (and the recovery as well) by 1-2 minutes. drink 8-12 oz of water and 25 grams of protein (should be done within the first 30 min...... after exercising) warm down for 10 min and then stretch out for 30 minutes have fun
