THNX
CocaCoral
thats retarded i do straighten my hair but i need to know how to do scene hair
Answer: start by straightening it, but don't straighten right up to the scalp, leave a couple inches natural.
Take chunks and start to backbrush it from a couple inches away from the root.
Just make sure you backbrush it underneath so the top doesn't look ratty.
Part it however you like and smooth the top lighty with a brush, then hairspray.
That's all there is to it.
Question: MEN: What do you think of metrosexual males? I'm writing a research paper on the impact & effects of metrosexuality in American Metropolitan culture. One of the ideas is to look at how the metrosexual male impacts men & men view them.
Some of the questions to consider in your answers:
> Are you (or would you be) friends with metrosexuals?
> Would you consider yourself a metrosexual? Why?
> Is there anything that bothers you about metrosexuals?
> Do you think being metrosexual makes a man less masculine?
> What traits of metrosexuals do you admire? dislike?
> What are your general views on metrosexuality?
Some traits of metrosexuals:
- Heterosexual (has no problems with gay friends)
- Indulges in feminine-style vanity (ie: Salons instead of barbers, Spas, checking mirrors)
- Do/Pay anything for the current & best quality (ie: higher than average cost hair care, clothing, accessories)
- Disregards many traditional gender boundaries
Famous Metrosexuals:
+ David Beckham
+ Dominic Monaghan
+ Mike Greenberg
+ Ryan Seacrest
In order for the information that comes from this website to be included in my paper, it needs to be posted by Friday, August 10th, 2007.
The paper will sent in by that evening, but I'll keep the question open because it is a very interesting topic with no right or wrong answer.
Please try to be as grammatically correct as you can. Thank you so much for your cooperation.
Just for clarity: No, I wasn't procrastinating. The idea of using Yahoo Answers just came to me a tonight as a great place to survey the general (electronic) public lol.
Please do not cite sources and surveys you cannot link me to.
I need your own personal opinions, Thank you!
NB: METROSEXUALS DO NOT QUESTION THEIR HETEROSEXUALITY. They are secure in their straightness (so to speak), not questioning if they are bisexual or homosexual. This statement is in no offense to people that are learning more about themselves, their orientation and their personal feelings. For the sake of the survey, I had to clarify this.
Answer: Personally, I think metrosexuals are closeted either bisexuals or homosexuals.
There's nothing wrong with either lifestyle, I just think they're still in the closet.
Question: Ladies what do you spend on...? Clothing/Shoes/Accessories?
Hair care (including salon visits)?
Makeup?
Body/face products?

Other things I forgot?
Just curious. I am starting to think I am high maintenance lately. Don't worry I'm a working lady and earn every penny I make, but definitely am feeling guilty about my recent splurges. Wanted to see if it's somewhat normal or if I am all alone on this one.
Estimates/averages/guestimates are fine. Please don't judge one another this is just for fun.

Question: Grade 8 Graduation Dresses/Hair/Accessories? I need a dress for my grade eight graduation.
I'm 4'11", about 80lbs and verrrrryy skinny. (I have a fast metabilism)
I'm kind of short and not very 'developed'. I have brown skin, something like this: http://www.sephora.com/assets/dyn/brand/5877/5877_hero.jpg
I have black hair, it is straight and I have side swept bangs, with short layers. My hair is about 6-7 inches under my shoulders.
I'm looking for a dress around the knee area and I doesn't really care about the style.
I was thinking Baby Blue with no design and I want it to fit snug.
My price limit is about $150.
Suggestions for accessories and hair are greatly appreciated!
Sorry if I'm being picky about this :[
I just love buying dresses, accessories, etc.
Answer: I am just like you!!!!!! but I do have boobs.
I found the cutest dress at

Answer: According to multiple recent studies, women allegedly prefer the feminine qualitied man for long term relationships. I cant figure that out because I see a heck of a lot of really great women with total loser A-holes with dead end job prospects who drink, do drugs and are abusive but oh well the studies claim a different reality
Question: how do you view guys that take too much care of themselves? how do you view guy's that are metro-sexual?
Is it right for the modern city 'man' to take such "femine" care of himself?
I am very clean and wear nice clothes but I DO NOT diet, lotion-up, do face peels, see a hair dresser, work out to "look good" (there is a difference between beach muscles and real strength) get manicures or pedicures, buy expensive fashion named clothing or have accessories and do not own a Murse (a male purse). I just keep it simple i.e; I get a $5.00 hair cut every couple of weeks, shave my face with a Gillette when I feel like it, bite my nails, shower daily (and more after a game of soccer or a run) and wear Tag body spray to smell ok but not fancy. I attract female attention easily but do not get over-confident and do not approach women.
I do not understand guy's who take too good of care for themselves.
Answer: i cannot stand guys who take hours dressing up, doing their hair, trying to look all dolled up. women should not have to compete with their guys for attention. it's a major turn off for me.
Question: Why do most girls/women wear hats only to cover up a bad hair day? I think women look really sexy cool in hats...even baseball caps. Don't you realize that most guys don't really care about hairstyles anyway? Do us a favor and wear more hats and caps as a fashion accessory and not as a cover up...okay?
Answer: funny...when my hair looks awesome, I tend to wear a hat. Because it's long and if it came out perfect, the nit hangs great under the hat!! Get it?
Question: Does this describe your taste in gifts? http://horoscopes.aol.com/astrology/gifts-aries-taurus-gemini-cancer-leo-virgo
I am a leo. I hate make up, don't care about hair accessories, i don't care much for gold jewelry, i like fake silver jewelry a lot better, and i hate animal prints. I even hate fake fur. I hate red, don't care for purple that much, i don't really like gold that much. I don't like gambling, and i am happy with a few clothes a year. I don't care too much for drama. I prefer to be in the back by myself. I am not image-conscious at all. If you don't like the way i look or the way i dress, oh well. i don't care because i will not change for anyone.
Answer: You remind me of my cousin Karyn...exactly. And she's awesome!
Question: Would you recommend me some fashion magazines? What magazines are good in fashion for teenagers, and also i like them to give me advices of fashion, hair styles, to take care of my hair and how to use Accessories. I am 15 years old.
Answer: i have found seventeen magazine good:) they are very helpful with what accessories are in and what outfits to wear and what clothes and stuff look good together
