Answer: In order to understand this question and, thereby answer it, we have to know how old you are. Okay - close perhaps - when I was 16 I had to fly from the East Coast to the West Coast of Florida on my own in a plane that had been used in World War II (1973?). I was scared to death. It was the first time I had flown alone, it was a family emergency and my Dad was insisting I get on a 30 year old plane HE FLEW in the WAR!! All firsts - call a cab - get to airport on time - get ticket - board "ancient" plane - (had a bathroom like on a bus) - to face the death of my beloved Grandmother. I did it. Next time I was 21 and went 1600 miles away from home to go to Law School - alone. I drove (armed to the teeth) a stick shift for the first time, etc. etc. I made it and actually graduated. It was the first time I actually had lived "away." I did board at College but it was only half an hour away. It sounds like you are a lot more mature at your age than I was, although I think we all often surprise ourselves at what we can do when we have to. Congratulations!!

Answer: Depends entirely on what fruits and vegies you eat, and how active you are, and what your metabolism is like. If I were you, I'd be seeing a nutritionist before going on a diet like that, to make sure you get the right nutrients, minerals etc. Better idea would be to eat normally, and exercise more.

Question: ImPORTANT...? so there's this guy at my school and i've thought he was cute for like a while and during lunch when i look over at him he's looking at me too and when i go over by him and his friends, he's like staring at me and one time i was late to a class... and so was him and his friend, and i came out of one hall, while he and his friend was passing me, and they stopped talking, and like looked to eachother... and like smiled and then yesterday, at school my friend told me she was talking to the cute guy, and she said he said he thinks i'm "cute" what does this mean? and by the way... we've never like accually met, we just like have a thing... but not really, whats going on? p.s. i think i'm starting to like him...

Answer: What this means is that he thinks you're cute. If you like him, I suggest you start talking to him or ask him on a date and get to know him. Let him get to know about you as well, and I'm sure you'll know what to do as the conversation progresses. You'll know if he's interested in a relationship or not. Since it's early in the phase... (and I don't mean to sound discouraging)... and he's not interested, then at least you can move on without any problem. I really think that you should start talking to him more often, but don't smother him. If he makes an effort to talk to you as well, then continue your platonic relationship and see where it goes. Question: What is important when deciding who to vote for? I think their private lives are most important. Also, they should not be boring to listen to. And age, sex, and race is another important factor. Least important issue is their political views and direction. Who cares about those unimportant issues? I just want someone who's likable, not someone who agrees with my political views.

Answer: You fit right in! 8^) That's what most Americans want. It's one reason we're in such big trouble now. If I ever need open heart surgery, I think I might interview a few surgeons and pick the one I'd like to have a beer with! Two-thirds of the American people say the American Dream is becoming harder to achieve, especially for young families, and they point to financial insecurity and poor quality public education as the most significant barriers More and more Americans are having their view of the "American Dream" slip away because they cannot afford higher education. Our White House Administration has slowly taken the weight and necessity off of education. One of the first attacks on education was the lack of funding for the "No Child Left Behind Act". The President promised that this new law was a great initiative and would benefit many students, especially in urban areas. Well, it seems that because of the lack of funding for this initiative, more students are being left behind more than ever. Another attack on education is President Bush's Budget proposal which does not include college tuition tax deductions for middle income- families. Without these tax deductions for college tuition, it will be harder for students to stay in college. This oversight is extremely dangerous for students.

Answer: Man is physical/intellectual /spiritual we are born with physical desires in place. our hungers if you so choose to call them that .they are the foundation.I believe man is in a continual state of pain ,or rather angst. a burning emptiness ,which makes him suseptable to pleasure , Why is physical pleasure as important if not more so than intellectual pleasure? physical pleasure is the impetus of our survival.Food is comforting so we eat,our bodies grow strong we are able to provide for our safety and hunt for more food. our brains grow, we are able to think more complex thoughts and find better ways to ensure survival .better ,easier ways of surviving led to more time to sit around and think lofty thoughts , to become Intelectual! and creative! memories of eating pleasure spur us on to have more. sex is pleasurable so we have more sex which creates children and grandchildren and so on and so forth.the world goes on . the point is physical pleasure ensures the survival of the species .it gives man a reason to do what needs done to continue on. without this we wouldnt be having this conversation.first man would have curled up and died. I myself believe that while it is an important means of insuring survival and protecting the species,that used without the balancing force of the intelect it could become the means of destroying the species. therefore although I tried to make a point for your side. I have to conclude that while you can,t have Intelect without first insuring the survial of man through physical pleasure ,man would not continue to survive without the governing of the intellect to subdue the destructive tendancies of the pursuit of physical pleasure. peace><>

Question: What is more important than work or what is the most important? I was arguing with my father what is the most important thing. He said that most important thing is work, I thougt it would be relationships between people and self-realization, also this question interested me. I don't want to know what is the most important thing. I want to know how different groups are seeing this. Our country was in Soviet Union where the work was most important. Answer: yeah, dads grew up in that whole you go to college, get a career and retire thing.. work is all they new, just as women who matured in 50s only new to serve their man and be a housewife. the younger generations since the 60s found that there was more to life than slaving away all those years, the problem is that it makes the older generation think that we are unfocused and just drifting through life, my dad worked 12 hour days, 7 days a week, he provided for us sure, but he didn't have time to be there for us or any time to himself.. To me the most important thing is taking time out for me and my family.

Answer: romantic love?that is the beginning of something real, and the real things are not romantic at all.I'm in marriage, with mine romantic love, but the marriage is real now , so the romantic is gone.we steal love each other, and respect, and we are understanding well, so i think that kind of stuff are more important in real life!
