Answer: The sentence is saying that people who involve themselves with controversy and who aim to live their lives in unique but maybe extreme ways, will tend to have more turbulent lives, and will be less happy than those that don't try to rock the boat!

Answer: Well, 1800 calories is a LOT. If you're trying to loose weight, you might want to cut back to around 1200-1400. Perhaps the stomach problem is too much fiber!

Answer: I promise you that if you do follow my regime seriously and without fail you will suceed in over coming your weight problem as I have lost 55 pounds in 6 months.There are no ristrictions on what you eat but only on the number of times you chew your food that counts.
CHEW EACH MORSEL AT LEAST 32 TIMES FOR THE START for first 2 months ,and later increase the chewing to 54 times before you swallow the food in your mouth for 2 more months In the final stage chew each mouth full 108 times .
By this time you should have reduced your quantity and your appitite also.As the brain tells the body that it has had its full. It is not easy and don't blame your genes for your inability to chew your food well before swallowing it.As 50% of the digestion takes place in the mouth or the buccal cavity due to chewing and the saliva which helps in the digestion of food better in the stomach.
So Start and don't cheat your self as you are going to enjoy life as never before if you do what I have done.(CHEW).
any exresice will also positively help you in toneing your mussels and the coordination of the body.

How many hours a week or how much time should I spend in exercising?
Answer: If you don't have that much time to exercise let's try some exercises you can do in short amounts of time that will provide a lot of benefit!
When you diet, you don't have to necessary cut out carbs and fats- just keep track of how much you consume. An ideal meal would be under 15 grams of fat which is easy to consume if you have some baked chips, wheat bread, and grilled chicken but not everyone does! What has helped me lose 35 pounds in the past 3 months has been eating smaller portions and limiting my caloric intake to what is proper for someone trying to lose 2 pounds a week. You can find a lot of websites that'll tell you how many calories you should consume to lose 2 pounds a week with minimum activity just by entering your height and body weight.
As for exercises, try hindu squats. These have been my favorite for burning fat and getting your heart rate up really quick! The first day doing these is going to be really difficult because your body isn't used to it and you might have to take a little bit of a break afterward, but try and make it to twenty and gradually increase the amount you do each day. Here's how you do it:
Stand with your legs shoulder width apart and your hands outstretched in front of you. Take a deep breath in and drop your body into a squatting position while exhaling. Propel yourself upward on your toes and repeat. This will heighten your heart rate and burn calories FAST.
Also, crunches are a less time consuming exercise to do as well. Try resting your legs on your bed and your back on your floor with your arms SUPPORTING your head, not pulling on it. Lift your body to ten and then hold that position on the tenth for a couple of seconds, do this fifty times.
Those exercises and that diet plan alone will help you lose a few pounds and allow you to be healthier! I hope this works out for you!
Edit: Let me mention that your body NEEDS carbs and fats to support muscle mass and that is what you'll be building during this exercise! Atkins and the media have told us that carbs and fats are bad for you and they ARE WRONG. Your body cannibalizes itself when you don't have carbs and that's how people on Atkins lose weight. THAT IS NOT HEALTHY. As long as you are building muscle you NEED carbs and fats in order to support it and continue weight loss.

Answer: It really shouldn’t impact your lifestyle much as a friend or care giver. Type II is managed by diet, medication and exercise. Some do not follow all three, while others do. A diabetic diet is no more complicated than someone trying to watch their weight, cholesterol, or simply trying to just eat healthier. Medication is taken orally as little as once daily and some Type II diabetics don’t really even need medication at all. Exercise is helpful and can be a trip to the gym or simply walks in the neighborhood. All in all, it just promotes a more health conscious lifestyle. Once you are aware of what Type II diabetes is and how to manage it, the lifestyle is quite simple and doesn’t really affect those around. There will be times where a diabetic becomes Hypo, in which case the blood sugar is low, and needs a snack like some juice, granola bar, or candy to bring it up just a bit.

My staff works 24/7 and that means some of them are doing night shifts.
It could a very fun experience.
You just sleep in the morning until the after noon and wake up, eat, work out, do arrangements and go to work again at night.
During work try not to eat heavy meals, just drink coffee and maybe a snack here and there.
Have fun with other workers in the night shift because they are like you.

Skinny people can be unattractive, especially at that weight and age. I expect you're trolling so I won't go to far into detail, but you need to gain weight. Being anywhere under 110 for your age is pretty disgusting.
If you ate 742 calories a day, you would probably lose weight, yes, but that is not healthy.
