Question: Hi, Please can anyone tell me where i can buy Onesource Optimal nutrition in Dubai?"?
Answer: Onesource Optimal?
Question: What is optimal calories for the longevity with full nutrition intake? Any scientific test/statistics?
Answer: I have to disagree with sug_daddy. (sorry, dude!) He's not giving y'all enough calories a day. To MAINTAIN your weight you eat your weight X15. So if you weigh 150 pounds, you will maintain that weight by eating 150 X15=2250 calories a day, assuming you're doing a normal amount of exercise. Your question is really difficult to answer. It really depends on the person; male, female, age, meds, etc. :)
Question: My maine coone cat is getting older (14 years). How should I supplement her diet so she gets optimal nutrition
Answer: Hi,
Is she generally healthy? Have you taken her in recently for a full blood panel? At 14, it's very important to check for declining kidney, thyroid and liver function. These are very common issues and usually manageable with diet.
If she's generally healthy and doesn't require a low-protein or other special diet, there's a great dry food out there called EVO made by Innova. No supplements are needed when feeding it. My cats, both young and old, have really thrived on it. Wellness is another great food; Royal Canin also makes a special Maine Coon formula.
Hope this helps--
Question: Explain how nutrition contributes to optimal health, obesity, malnutrition?
Answer: in order for your body and mind to function well it needs certain vitamins, that without you may experience a chemical imbalance
you might feel tired, you may not function well
obesity is when you are very overweight
malnutrition from not eating healthy, your body can suffer from malnutrition, maybe have bad teeth, dry hair, dry skin, many differant things come from bad nutrition, also acne
our health is also affected by how much sleep and rest we get and the stress in our life
Question: I would like to teach nutrition for optimal health but do not know where to start. Any ideas? Lately I have been learning a great deal about our nutritional needs and I have been vegetarian for 6 months. I just finished reading The China Study (highly recommended) and I am so excited about the new information but frustrated that not many people understand what is needed for optimal health. Many are so concerned with these fad diets that fail to provide results. There is a lot of misinformation about food because of the money behind it all. What do I need to become licensed to teach or share this information with the public? I want to be taken seriously and be surrounded with people who have the same goal in mind. To honestly share information that can prevent illnesses and reduce the risk of many fatal diseases and cancers.
Answer: the China Study is crap. Very biased information and excludes a lot of data that doesn't support their theory. Humans are not supposed to be vegetarian. Our brains would have never developed like they have without lots of protein. This is what separated us from monkeys. Research it.

Question: In what ways can I increase my energy body? My problem is that I tend to emphasize the physical body governing the astral body.
A doctor would say that I'm in perfect health, yet I feel like a lump of meat stewing on the floor.
I have no additions, I exercise and practice optimal nutrition.
My liver meridian is continually brewing problems, maybe related to anger and and my throat chakra is weak, probably from not feeling completely independent.
Home ownership feels like a vortex. My spirit wants to wander. This is not the life! :D
Answer: I highly recommend Therapeutic Touch.
It is an energy modality similar to Reki. It is both energetic and relaxing at once. I had such a great experience with it 2 years ago that I decided to learn it :o)

Question: What is the best protein supplement? Does anyone know what the best protein supplement is? I currently use Optimal Nutrition's Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein. It seems to work well and taste well, but I was wondering if anyone knew what the best protein supplement is.
Answer: Don't change anything. If we talk about pure Whey protein, Optimum Nutrition is the best one. I personally love it. It was voted best overall supplement of 2009 and best protein powder of 2009.
Now if you talk about protein with creatine, nitric oxide...etc in it. There is product like Nitro Tech.

Question: Link between lower calorie restriction and longevity? According to the okinawa diet http://www.okinawa-diet.com/ having a lower calorie intake with optimal nutrition is better for your health and gives you a better chance of living longer. But I thought it was better to eat more calories and exercise more for better health rather than eat less cals but nutritionally dense foods??
Will consuming less calories screw up my metabolism over long term?
Answer: Okinawa seems to be on a good thing.
With all this talk around today on FAT Intake..we forget the cal.intake which is just as important, if NOT sometimes the most important. Eating/consuming more Cals..than the body needs results in
excess food not necessarily being excreted as some would believe, but rather the body converts it to FAT and stores it in Skin tissue/muscles tissue, around the Waist etc.
Consuming less will not screw up your emtabolism now or when your 80.
Question: Is raw, vegan the optimal food diet for the average person? I understand that cooked food really destroys most of the nutrients and that meat and milk products increases your chances for cancer and other major diseases by 10 times according to the China Study by T. Colin Campbell, a leading scientist in nutrition and disease.
Answer: No. How many problems have humans had over the past millenia eating real, cooked food? Not too many as we are still here.
The REAL issue - IMHO, is processed, scientifically modified, and synthetic foods.
If you eat whole foods - ie. not "mac-n-cheese" and "Ramen Noodles" you will be fine.
