Answer: well not really, they unillegalized it here in the usa not to long ago since many pill didnt have much effect without the ephedra. I still find pill containing ephedra but they are very powerfull and i dont recommend for the long run. Many pills nowadays dont really say it contains ephedra. So on that it will be hard to find some that it does say.

Answer: Yes, they speed up your metabolism, and suppress your appetite. In turn, you burn more calories than normal, and take in less than normal, causing weight lose. But as soon as you stop taking them your metabolism goes back to normal, and you gain the weight back very quickly. They can also give you the jitters, as well as make you feel weird. Anxiety is very common to get when taking them. I would not recommend them. I would just bite the bullet, and get some good exercise, along with a healthy diet.

Answer: ephedra is dangerous but usually the only reason people were getting hurt is because they were taking too much. i think most tablets come with about 25mg, so try and stay under about 100mg in a 24 hour period.

Answer: A lot of the product thats used ephedrine were banned, then reinstated awhile ago. The risks involved with ephedrine products greatly outweight the benefits. It is difficult to lose weight naturally, but very possible. As long as your diet is in check and you are getting in enough exercise, you will lose weight assuming your getting a caloric deficit. A lot of people think they can't lose weight, but in reality they arent burning any calories over what they consume...they just havent checked their diet.
