Question: has anyone ever used the ultra green tea energy drink weight stuff.. i saw it online, not sure ..? if its a good idea though! help!!! if not, anyone used anything else that has helped them loose weight?? let me know!!

Answer: Energy drinks are REALLY bad for you, not just because of the caffine, but because of all the other chemicals they use. Mountani dew tastes great and does have a moderately high amount of caffine, but not a bad level. Remember the sugar rush (and crash) too. Green tea is good for you, but not when it is with all the sugar as in lipton or az iced tea. I think that a ipton green tea IS a tasty beverage, but the small amount of antioxidants youre going to get in it is very little and there is a TON of sugar (or artificial sweetener) in it. I think the lipton is a better choice, but not by much. The lipton has much less caffine too

I've been taking it a couple weeks and my energy and metabolism seem to be increasing and I feel great. Green tea + at least short workouts seems to be the key to success for me. 2. You just add the tea to your diet and keep up a normal, healthy diet like normal!

Answer: Non-painful? I highly doubt that any method of death lacks any bit of pain. Question: why when I shower I get very weak and no energy? If I drink a 16oz. bottle of green tea, I get my energy back?

Answer: I had the same problem when my body was lacking iron. I also found that having the shower too hot made me feel like that. Maybe make your shower a little cooler and ensure you are eating healthily?

Question: Will green tea extracts affect my contraceptive pill? I've been taking the contraceptive pill Femodene for about a year now, and have just bought some green tea extract supplements to give me an energy boost, and just for health reasons really. Would the green tea extract prevent the pill from working? I drink green tea, but I'm not sure if the extracts are any different and the only information the tablets give me is not to take them if your taking medication like warfarin or ones that cause the blood to thin. Answer: I honestly do not think they will have any effect on them; but all contraceptives are different. You should ask your pharmacist just to make sure, but I only know of some certain antibiotics that really do only decrease the effectiveness of birth control.

Answer: sure, caffeine will help you stay awake, but it won't help you focus. If you have a choice, don't drink caffeine, drink a glass of juice or milk. The calories will keep you going and help you focus along with the vitamins. if you're REALLY sleepy, then take the lesser of two evils and drink the tea.

Question: Is drinking Enviga dangerous? I've been drinking this sparkling green tea energy drink called Enviga to help wake me up in the morning and get me through the day. It has 20% of my daily calcium but it also has 100mg of caffeine per can. I usually drink 3-4 cans a day. There's no sugar in it, but is this dangerous?

Answer: i don't think it's dangerous right now, but it could be if you continue because of all that caffeine. You could become addicted to caffeine, and get bad headaches if you quit drinking it for a while. this often happens with caffeine addicts. Plus, you'll need more and more because the caffeine won't have any effect on you. And it's just a big viscous cycle.
