Multivitamin Supplement

Question: Is taking a multivitamin supplement good after taking protein: after working out? Is taking a multivitamin supplement good after taking protein: after working out?

Answer: i'm not a nutritionist or anything. but i think it's a good idea to take multivitamins in the morning so that it gets processed earlier in the day for your body's use throughout the day. and it's a good thing to take protein and some good carbs after a work out =)
