Answer: Many women with PCOS get pregnant once they start ovulating. As far as the male factor goes, it's harder to tell with just testing. Has your husband ever fathered any pregnancy at all before? If not, you might need IVF-ICSI. If so, you might be able to get pregnant with just IUI. Good luck. There is plenty of hope!
