Question: Can I add AAKG powder to NaNO Vapor? I take 1 scoop of nano vapor and was wondering if i could add 1 scoop of aakg 1.5 grams to the mix? Especially since it doesnt show the amount of arginine actually in nano vapor.

Answer: many ppl hate nitric oxide and think its just bs. i on the other hand like nitric oxide. right now i am using NO-Xplode by BSN. to me it giives me great stanima and focus when i am working out.

Question: If I have a protein powder, kre-alkalyn powder, and AAKG powder, can I mix it in one shake? Kre alkalyn is a type of Creatine. I have an Iron Tek protein powder, Sci-fit kre-alkalyn powder, and a NOW AAKG powder. I want to mix them all into one shake with the same (and possibly better) results without hurting my muscle growth.

Answer: Yes by all means mix them all together. I mix more than that into my shakes. 50/50 split dextrose and maltodextrin, 50 grams whey, 5 grams creatine mono, 8 grams glutamine, and 3 grams pure arginine. Make sure you have a sugar in there or maltodextrin to help the creatine along into the muscles. You dont much, just a few grams will do it. Just a heads up, many people think you shouldent take arginine with carbs of any kind as it blunts the Growth Hormone response. But if your just using ariginine for pump then dont worry about that. I dont feel its necessary to limit carbs with arginine usage.

Answer: No AAKG is a supplement that body builders use while EKG is used to show the activity of the heart muscle. Question: Why can't teens take Arginine or AAKG?

Answer: In the teenage year the hormone level in their bodies is already full and overflowing. AAKG isn't even recommended for adults to stay on for over 60 days. So adults should make sure they give their body 30 days off to flush back out. Perhaps a 60 day bulking, muscle building cycle taking AAKG; followed by a 30 day cutting, fat-burning cycle not taking AAKG. AAKG of course is a form of Arginine.

Question: Can I make Nitric Oxide by taking Arginine & Glutamine to make AAKG? Nitric Oxide formulas are basically Arginine. The AKG part I have read is just Glutamine. However, I have read that the glutamine in AKG is amonia free. Can I combine an Arginine pill with regular Glutamine to for Nitric Oxide? Why pay big bucks for the Nitric Oxide formulas at the store if I can make a cheap and effective version. Ingredients are basically AAKG, Creatine and Caffeine. I am taking an Argine/Ornithine pill with Glutamine in Gatorade with Creatine and I drink an energy drink for the caffeine. Arginine is the immediate precursor of NO, urea, ornithine and agmatine; is necessary for the synthesis of creatine; and can also be used for the synthesis of polyamines (mainly through ornithine and to a lesser degree through agmatine), citrulline, and glutamate. Answer: I would like to know the answer to the question too. All the NO bodybuilding products have loads of Arginine for vasodilation.

Answer: Arginine is basic and needs some kind of acid for neutrality. The acid is ketoglutarate. It's meaningless anyway, both arginine and KG are absolutely useless as food supplements.

Answer: You will spend your hard earned money and get results for your hard work and give that little bit of credit to this product when I was you all along. I've seen it a hundred times. If in the end you feel it was worth it, well then it was. If you think taking this will make you big by itself it won't.

Answer: 1 tsp = 4.2 g (approx) hence 25% of that would be 1.05 g (roughly a gram)

Answer: I haven't used them... I have slightly high blood pressure so I am not going to risk NO supplements... but I am using L-Glutamine, Creatine and protein and I think they are OK. However, from what I appreciate, if using NO, you are able to increase your max. That being so, muscle growth ought to follow, don't you think?
