Question: What colors look good with red and purple? My sister and I share a room and I have a red bed set and she has like a plum colored one.
We want to paint our walls but we don't know what color to paint them.
Answer: Gold or silver will pull it together really nicely and give that Moroccan Bohemian feel to it...Check out the Ralph Lauren metallic paints.

Question: What is the best route and cheapest ferry from UK to Morocco ? I wish to travel by road from midlands region to Morocco, could anyone please advice which is the best route and cheapest ferry crossing (UK - France/Spain, and Spain - Morocco). I live near Birmingham. Has anyone out there done this ? Thank you.
I know it is cheaper to travel by air, but I wish to travel by road and do some sighseeing enroute.
Answer: There are ferries from Portsmouth and Plymouth to Spain, and from Spain to Morroco, in which case you just have to drive through Spain, or you could take that one ferry from England to the south of France.
If you want more sightseeing and car travel, any ferry might do.
Here is a site with many of the ferries. But do double check, they have been known to still show and maybe even sell for ferries that had gone out of service:

Google maps will help you connect the ferries in this stage. You might want satnav for a travel like that.
Question: How would I find a honest and respectable music manager? I really want to be singer/songwriter. I know that I have to do most of it on my own already, but I know that I'm going to need a manager in the future. I want to know where exactly do I find a honest, respectable, and all around good manager to help me jump-start my career?
Answer: a manager will find you.
wanting to be a singer songweiter doesn't mean you are any good at it. a manager can't do anything for someone that hasn't established themselves on some level. the manager can't book shows for someone that no one knows of because no one will pay to have someone that probably wont draw a crowd.
don't even think about a manager until you've already got music recorded, and have a fan base. if you do find someone that wants to represent you, they will take all of what little money you would make. book your own shows by finding local artists that need opening acts. post videos on youtube and myspace music to help build a fan base.
i wouldn't worry about a manager until you've been offered a contract. and even then, i would do it all myself so i can keep more money. why pay someone to do what you can do?
Question: Divorce between an Indian who is now a US citizen and a permanent resident wife in US who is an Indian citizen? I am married to a guy who is an indian but got naturalized to US citizen and I am a permanent resident of US and still have my indian citizenship.We also have a child who is a US citizen since he was born in US.I suspect my husband of having an affair and planning to divorce me. How can I make sure that I get the custody of the child and which country has the right to divorce us.
Answer: File in the US. The US court will not relinquish jurisdiction over a child who is a US citizen, and will give custody to the parent who plans to stay in the US. Do it before he files, like tomorrow.
Question: Questions about being a fashion journalist and work experience? I have just started year 10 in secondary school. I live in the UK and I want to be a fashion journalist! I have always loved writing and fashion so I figured, why not just roll them into one?
So I have a few questions!
- Where can I take my work experience towards the end of the year, in the north-west of England?
- How much does a journalist earn a year?
- What qualifications would I need?
- What would I have to do, exactly?
Thank you in advance!
Answer: For fashion you need to start out in big cities like London, Paris, or Milan. In the states, you'd start out as an editorial assistannt at about $25,000 a year and work your way up through the ranks. In the states, once again you'll need a four-year college degree with experience working internships. You should at least work one if not two internships during you college career. At first editorial assistance handle emails, open envelopes, answer telephones. Unless you have a relative in the profession you have to start on the bottom rung.
Question: No eggs in the house and I want to make brownies-how do I make them without eggs? OK-how do I make brownies without eggs? The stores are closed here in Germany and I really want to make them today.
Answer: wow, you're proving quite a challenge!
here you go. I haven't tried this recipe like the one I gave you earlier, but give it a go
Eggless Brownies
8 tsp. oil
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. chocolate extract
1 tbsp. plain lowfat yogurt
3/8 c. cold water
3/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium bowl, combine dry ingredients, mixing until blended.
With a spoon, make a well in the center. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients, mixing with a spoon. Pour into a well in dry mixture. Stir until all ingredients are moistened.
Place batter in a 4 x 8 inch nonstick loaf pan or one that has been sprayed with a nonstick cooking spray. Bake 15 minutes.
Cool in pan on wire rack.
Found another one for you. This one sounds better....
INGREDIENTS:
* 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
* 1 cup water
* 1/2 cup butter
* 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
* 2 cups white sugar
* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
* 2 cups all-purpose flour
* 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch pan. In a heavy saucepan combine the 1/3 cup of flour and water. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until thick. Transfer to a mixing bowl and set aside to cool.
2. In a small saucepan, melt butter. When butter has melted, add the cocoa and mix until smooth; set aside to cool. Beat the sugar and vanilla into the cooled flour mixture. Stir in the cocoa mixture until well blended. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt, stir into the batter until just blended. Fold in walnuts if desired. Spread evenly in the prepared pan.
3. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in the preheated oven, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool before cutting into bars.
Question: Can I download A Blu-Ray movie torrent and play it on my Xbox 360 through a flash drive? I was planning on downloading a movie torrent that is a Blu-Ray and I wanted to know if I can put it on a flash drive and play it through my Xbox 360 without messing anything up (Red rings)
I have played regular movies through a flash drive before, I just thought maybe an Xbox 360 couldn't read a the disc.
Answer: I don't think a 360 can play the blu-ray file type. I'm positive you can't play anything off a flash drive anyways, so the answer is no.
Downloading a movie for free through torrents? shame on you.
Question: What is the difference between our economy in the Uk and The USA's and North Koreas economy? This is a question from my business homework,
How does the UK's mixed economy differ to the USA and North Korea?
Answer: The UK had a Big Bang,but not the US. Thatcherism cannot be compared with Reaganism. But mostly we share the same foundation of capitalism. The UK is a member of the EU, but not in the Eurozone though. The US is a member of NAFTA, and no wish to become a currency union whatsoever.
North Korea is a Stalinist economy governed by Kim Jong II, and will change hand to Kim Jong UM so soon. It might be a lover of rockets than foods. It has a great relationship with China, but hates the US. However, it loves our former presidents, like Clinton and Carter.
Question: What is the difference between a TI-83 and 84 calculator? I am shopping for a graphing calculator and I have no idea how to compare them.
Answer: Note here that I'm talking about the regular TI-83 Plus and regular TI-84 Plus, and not their Silver Edition counterparts. The main difference between the Plus and Plus SE editions is even more Flash memory and maybe some more preloaded apps.
In general in comparison to the TI-83 Plus, the TI-84 Plus has:
- More Flash memory (and thus it can hold more apps; 160 KB vs 480)
- A few more statistics commands
- A built-in clock and corresponding time-based commands
- A processor with faster maximum capabilities
- A mini-USB port with two USB cables for linking to another calculator and the computer. The TI-83 Plus only provides a calculator-to-calculator non-USB cable. If you want to connect to the computer, you'll have to buy one separately.
- Better aesthetics (in my opinion)
- More durable (in my opinion)
- New pretty printing technology with TI-OS v2.53MP (i.e. displays ½ instead of 0.5 or 1/2).
I would probably get the TI-84 Plus just for the extra USB cables; trying to connect to the computer with the TI-83 Plus is a hassle. However, both are very similar overall, and so if you only need the bare bone minimum, a TI-83 Plus will be sufficient. If you can afford to shell out a few extra bucks, I'd say get the TI-84 Plus.
Oh, and one more thing: there is no such thing as a TI-84. There is a TI-83, TI-83 Plus, and TI-83 Plus Silver Edition, but there's only the TI-84 Plus and TI-84 Plus Silver Edition.
Question: How selective is Berklee College of Music and any audition tips? I'm only a junior in high school, but I'm just wandering about Berklee (I play alto sax). And are their any other music colleges that can compare to Berklee (on the eastern side of the country)?
Answer: I know nothing about that college but I know some about auditions:
Stand (or sit lol) confidently and make sure even if you are nervous they can not see that.
Choose a song that fits your personality but shows off your talent.
If you make a mistake dont let your face show it and continue on with a confident smile on your face.
Good luck in your future :)

Question: I have a math final tomorrow and really need to check my answers/get personal help. Is there a forum or chat? I don't want to use yahoo because I will be asking a lot of questions and will need to check multiple questions, and using yahoo would be too time consuming and difficult. Is there someone or something that would be able to help me?
Answer: I don't know what the site is, but every state, country has a school thing online. You go into search, put your state, city, school name, and then grade level, and then today's math homework....or something like that. If you have problems, they will help, but not give you the answers. It will tell you which ones you have wrong, but won't tell you the correct answer.
You will have to play around with thew words, until you find the one in your school. Or, maybe you could go to the school office, and ask them for the website if you don't find it by monday.
Good luck

Question: What is your opinion on separation of Church and State? I have a paper due on this topic and my teacher told me that its probably a good idea to get other people opinions about it. I already did the history about it and everything. All I want to know is what you think about it. Should there not be a separation between these two or the government and the church should stay separate, allowing people to choose for themselves? What do y'all think?
Answer: This country was founded by people trying to get away from compulsive religion. It is imperative to separate the two because it isn't the government's business and people should not be forced to a certain faith system, or no faith system. Also, a lot of the religions would take away our fundamental rights if they could. So it would render the constitution meaningless.
People are under the misinformation that the founding fathers were all Christians. In fact, the vast majority were deists, believing that got set us up and then stepped back and let us fend for ourselves.
It also is scary to think which religion might be picked to force on people. The right is backed by a lot of extreme fundamentalists and those religions tend to foster a lot of hate.
Question: What is the difference between games like assassins' creed 2 and oblivion? What is the difference between games like assassins' creed 2 and oblivion besides the customization?
I mean the stealth in oblivion is a bit like assassins' creed 2.
Answer: The stealth isn't the same in any way, really. In Oblivion, your only means of stealth is crouching, and there's no real technique to it; it depends only on your Sneak level. In Assassin's Creed, you have to hide in groups of people, pay off prostitutes, sit in benches, etc.
The battle systems are completely different.
There's actually a point to money in Oblivion (in Assassin's Creed, you could buy the entirety of Italy after four hours of playing).
There's a reason to use different weapons in Oblivion (you'll find yourself only using one weapon in Assassin's Creed, and that's whatever the sword with the most damage is).
There are effects in Oblivion.
There are tons of side quests and guilds in Oblivion, that actually have a point to them.
Battles are a lot harder in Oblivion, but don't exactly require skill.
Also, there's absolutely no way to get away from guards in Oblivion. You kill someone, even if no one is around to see it, you're going to be hunted down by a guard before you can say "Oh God, I didn't mean it." Pay your fine or kill him. If you kill him, you just get even more of a fine and another guard chases you down. Repeat for eternity until you get enough money to pay your fine or go to jail. Whereas, you know, with Assassin's Creed, you just run away and they forget about you after two minutes.
