Antioxidant

Question: Can you get the antioxidant benefits of grapes from seedless grapes? I have read that grapes contain effective antioxidants. I also see grapeSEED extracts for sale. Does this imply that the antioxidant chemicals are mainly contained in the seeds, or are they in the entire fruit? (try to find seeded grapes in the supermarket!)

Answer: Darker the grapes more antioxidants they contain. The antioxidants are in the skins my understanding the seeds also contain it as will we don't eat the seeds. I have heard that some vitamin and mineral supplements use them
