Benefits Of Greens

Question: Which has more health benefits: Green tea or chai tea? I tried chai tea the other day, and really like the taste (a lot more than green tea). I do usually have 2 to 4 cups of green tea a day. Is one better than the other, or are they pretty much the same as far as health benefits go?
