Body Building

Question: body building? I am 16 year old boy. I am thinking about lifting some weight and i need help from somebody to write me a schedule. (i don't know anything about body building {names of machines,techniques,.....} please help me

Answer: first, think about what u want to make bigger and toner. if u want a toner body with good sized muscles, mix in running and cardio with your lifting. if you just want to get huge, do almost every single lift u can find and drink protien shakes after u work out. search the net for some workout plans or go to your nearest health club and talk to the trainer. they will make you a workout plan perfect for u.
