Question: What is the best body building supplement for me? I'm 14 years old. 5 foot 9 and 125 pounds. I'm starting high school football next and need to get more muscle on my lean body. Please let me know what you think the best body building supplement would be for me.
Answer: If you're only 14, you don't really need to take any extra supplements. Don't fall into the trap of taking supplements to "increase" gains. Just eat a ton of food. Make your mom buy you tons of meat, bread, and most of all, milk. Go through a traditional strength program while making sure you eat roughly 3-4000 calories a day. There is honestly no need to get any supplements that you can already get through natural diet.
Check out the two links below. The first link is a basic strength program that you can start. I've seen people put on 30 pounds in 2-3 months using this basic workout program if done correctly. The second link has some nutritional info about getting bigger.
Again, don't fall into the trap of supplements. You're too young and not experienced enough to need to take them.
Question: Where can I buy body building suppliments from in Japan? I'm moving to Japan from New Zealand for a few years, and have been searching online for a body building suppliment shop but can't find one. Are there any good sites for companies in Japan that sell Body building suppliments? (like protein powder, creatine, etc) that I can order online from.
Answer: Try trueprotein.com. They have everything, protein, carbohydrates, and oodles of supplements. Try bodybuilding.com as well but I find them a little confusing.
Question: How should I prepare eggs for body building? Ok, So i'm currently working on losing some body fat, then i'm going to focus on building up my body a little for a more toned look. I've changed my diet already to a low fat diet, but I was wondering what is the best way to prepare eggs and keep all of the vitamins and protein. I know Rocky style is probably the best but i don't think I could handle that lol, plus I don't want salmonella.
Any other Tips are greatly appreciated!
Oh, I'm 15 5'10 and 134lbs
Answer: Hard Boiled does not add any fat
Question: What body building supplements should I get? I've been working out, running, lifting weights, etc. etc. etc. a whole lot and I am looking into buying some body building supplements cuz I want to get ripped. Any tips or suggestions as to what I should get? No steroids or Hgh.
Answer: Pure whey protein is good as protein helps a lot in building muscles. Optimum 100% Whey Protein is great. I used to take it, but now I take NO-Xplode (pre-workout) and AST Multi Pro 32X (multi-vitamins) along with some others containing high in fiber and joint supports (not necessarily supplements).
Question: What are negative effects of body building? I've been searching for negative effects of body building but all I found were negative effects of steroid use and drugs during body building. So what are some negative effects of bodyy building alone w/o steroid or drug use. Thanks.
Answer: Less fat.
Question: What other activities are there for body building other than gym? I've been interested in building up my body for a long time now. I have repeatedly gone to the gym past couple of months. It has done me lot of good but I just really don't enjoy the gym. I rarely go to the gym with enthusiasm which truthfully doesn't help me put up the best effort. Are there any other activities I could take which help build me up? Any examples and procedures are welcome! Thanks!
Answer: Before gyms were so abundant most people did a lot of push ups and sit ups. You can be your own gym, go to www.charlesatlas.com and look through the forums.
I don't hate gyms, they just don't do that much for me either.
Question: Tax deductible for expenses related to body building context? I have participated to body building competition in 2007 and won number two in the trial states. Will I be able to deduct the training related expenses for tax deduction?
If I could, what other related expenses that I could deduct (such as vitamin, etc)? This competition is not professional, it is for amateur.
Thank you!
Answer: Hobby income goes on line 21 of the 1040.
Hobby expenses--limited to the amount of winnings--go on schedule A as an itemized deduction. Vitamins are not going to count as an expense.
If there are no winnings, you cannot deduct any expenses.

I need a proper Body Building diet but dont know how to work it.

Question: How can i start body building from Start? I m new to start body building.. but i dont know how to start it.. i have dumbles...and weight rod... plz advice me starting steps for body building.
Answer: As a former body builder, I would say this. It depends on where you are and the reason why you want to be one.
Step 1. Set a goal.
Step 2. Set up a schedule.
Step 3. Create a log book.
Step 4. Join a gym. Specifically one that has certified trainers who can work with you to develop a routine that you can do on your own.
Step 5. And this one is important. Get a complete physical from a doctor. This insures that you have no pre-existing medical condition that will limit you in pursuring your goal.
Question: Is it possible to combine body building workouts and martial arts? I know strength training and body building are two separate things, but I want to look good as well as increase my functional strength.
What type of workouts will help me achieve these?
Answer: To a certain extent, you can, but you're going to have to choose between Arnold Schwarzenegger and Bruce Lee. You can't have both bulk and agility/speed in large amounts.
Question: Why do women like participating in body building? I'm not trying to offend anyone, but why do women like getting really big in body building? I don't understand why they'd want to reshape their bodies to look so masculine. Could someone, preferably someone who actually does female body building, answer this for me? Why do you like it? What are the benefits? What are the drawbacks?
Answer: well im not a female, but alot of females are the people who mostly think there fat,so then they start going to the gym, they start seeing muscles pop out in places.then they like the results.they do more and more and then thats what they become.
