Question: What foods are good for boosting the metabolism? I was wondering what foods are good for metabolism boosting and gives you energy.
Answer: yogurts and dairy foods definitely do not. They are healthy foods in moderation, but they actually make people gain more weight. They are good sources of calcium however.
Foods with antioxidants are great, though, as well as certain citrus fruits.
Pommegranites, cranberries, and blueberries are the best. These foods are also great for giving energy, loosing weight, and they help with slowing down the aging process.
Question: What is the best metabolism boosting pill that will give me extradonairy results. Goin back to school soon? I'll be a senior in September and I want to lose about 16 pounds, so I can look great. Know any great metabolism boosting pills I can buy at GNC. Plz don't give me a speech about doing it naturally.

Cod has too many flaws to be considered a good game anymore. All legit players moved on to BC2 or back to Halo. Games that actually take skill to be good at

Answer: Well i dont reccomend it at all because bungie is banning people for that and i also wouldnt do it because i hate seeing people who cant get 50's legit just boost to it. I had to get my 50 legit like 10 times on all of my accounts however i will explain it. It's rather simple you make a new account go into social and quit out till your like -100exp. Then go into matchmaking, (your friend will do the same quit out of the games as well) Then just win games and you'll level up nearly every game. This works if you have a person in your party that is high ranked a 45-50 if possible. This will allow you to face people that are higher than your skill rank and will will level up even faster. You see you level up depending on your military rank so if your an apprentice facing like 45's all the time youll get more credit for winning the game. Like i said i dont recommend this because you may just get banned but its up to you.

How do so many people get away with boosting? They get costumers to pay for it and they do it with ease.

Answer: wow, dan is dumb. They ban your 360 console that you had quit games out of. Those people who quit out of games quit out of less games than the games required to be banned, which i think is at 50 games per week now, and about 7 a day.
Question: What are good herbs/vitamins/supplements for energy boosting? I am a student who has a heavy study schedule. I find myself lacking in energy, even after a good night's sleep. I take a multivitamin and calcium supplements daily but they aren't fully doing the job, it seems. I know that there are energy boosting products out there. What are some safe ones that I can use? Answer: I would recommend any of these herbs, you can take them together or alone, of course taking them together adds to the energy increase.

Answer: No, what you do is you take that 3 month account and you give it to me =P
Just kidding but seriously:
There are two different types of boosting (speaking for dubs) 1. There is positive boosting, it's a little bit more complicated but it will boost people faster and easier. With positive boosting you can boost someone to a level 50 in 20 games (which is a really fucking cool looking service record) assuming you and your boostee? don't suck. To make a positive booster you have to go have A LOT of experience in the playlist you want to boost in without having it a high level. A good number is about 300-500 experience and only gotten to level 20. (So win some games, but when you get to about level 17 or so start loosing) then all you gotta do is get whoever your boosting and go destroy team doubles. NOTICE: I'm not sure which (i strongly recommend you look this up on google or something) kind of booster it is where you leave right before the end of a game. I'm pretty sure it's negative boosters but not completely.
Negitive boosting is easier because it doesn't take a shitload of experience and it's the older kind of boosting. less effective, but quicker to get to boostig. however it may take longer to boost them to a 50. negatives can get you a 50 in somewhere around 25-30 games or so, which still looks really cool on your service record. Anyway negative boosters are your de-rankers. get a skill in dubs of about 35-40 and then de-rank it down to about 10. then start kicking ass with whoever your boosting. Again im not sure if you quit out of a game right before it ends with these boosters, so i would go google search this.

Answer: They're modders. You can see from the high score tables. They're maxed out on everything but have only played the game for a few minutes/hours when it would normally take weeks.

Answer: Did you boost? If you did then thats how they know... because you actually did it!
The initial ban I believe is a month from Halo 3, but if you get caught again, you can have your whole Xbox (not just your gamertag) banned from XBL.
Moral of the story: Don't cheat, it is oh so easy to detect.

Answer: Vitamins, if you are taking enough now, will not boost your energy.
Energy comes from fuel (eating) and combustion (metabolism).
Lack of energy can be a symptom of a number of things, including anemia, low thyroid, low blood sugar, low insulin supply, and parasites.
Anemia and hypothyroidism are easy to diagnose. The blood sugar and insulin levels are tested together, as related to possible diabetes. Parasites are a long shot but not impossible.
You body is like a car (but of course much more complicated). Sometimes just adding something to the fuel will not take care of the problem; sometimes it's the carburetor or the fuel pump or the transmission that is reducing its pep.

kills and getting kills are how to get exp.
no team work ie solo run and gun gets some exp but its not enough.
its team based maps and tactics that get wins,kills, exp.
plus you will pick up there tactics and routes.
camping is ok for a short time but sitting and going back to same spot whole round...ugh

Question: How do you do a speed boosting power slide on mario kart DS? on mario kart DS when you do the challenges you are asked to do 4 speed boosting power slides, i have tried everything and nothing works please give answers.
Answer: use either L or R (i forget which - one is items, the other is drift) when you're turning a corner, or on a straight that is wide enough, and you'll start to drift. while drifting, quickly move the D-pad (left right up down arrows) left and right, and you will get blue sparks out of the back of your kart. if you release L or R now, you'll get a small boost. however if you leave it for a second or two, and keep moving the D-pad left and right, it'll turn yellow, and if you release it then, you'll get a big boost.
