Question: Why is God so health conscious? God created all the fruits and vegetable for us to eat.
Oranges and Watermelons - Because water flushes waste and cleanse your system
Wheat - Fibre helps relieve constipation, which is an all-too frequent cause of bloating
Strawberries and Blueberries - lower the chances of getting cancer, a good brain food
Grapefruit - content, grapefruit is nearly 90 percent water. An added benefit of snacking on this pink treat: It's high in fat-burning enzymes
Lettuce and Spinach - a healthy dose of fiber, vitamins, and minerals. They also help with acid indigestion, constipation, and urinary tract infections.
Many of us all know the benefits of fruits and veggie. Do you really think it is just a coincidence that the planet is full of such resources?? God is the best dietitian!!

Answer: Do you think it is just a coincidence that evolution has enabled us to develop to take in all the nutrients we need. No need for God. Evolution did it.
Question: I wouldn't consider myself a "sold-out" health-nut, but...? ...what other inexpensive natural and healthy substitute(s) could I consume (or perhaps exercises to do) to use in place of a couple of cups of coffee every morning to get the cobwebs out of my head (and much of the time, that does quite do the job). Please keep in mind that I exercise regularly every morning with aerobics and strength training, as well as, take vitamins and minerals to help supplement my diet. My exercise routine usually lasts between 2 to 2 1/2 hours, and at 47 years of age, many times I want to crawl into bed after exercising, not to mention that shortly after exercising, I now have to get ready for work and deal with the public. I'm not afraid to admit it, but it scares me at times that I have trouble focusing, keeping alert, and concentrating at work that is at hand.
I've heard that fish as well as blueberries have properties that help benefit the brain. I usually consume between 1 to 2 servings of fish a week, and blueberries, well, have you seen what Wal-Mart and others price for a tiny container of blueberries. It's too much to spend on my budget on a consistent basis. And Ginkgo, does that really work? I've never tried it.
Are there any personal testimonies to attest that diet and/or lifestyle changes you perhaps implemented has cleared the cobwebs and has enhanced alertness etc., or suggest a website or homeopathic article pertaining to this subject.
Thank you for your imput!!
Answer: Lots of green veggies do the trick for me. You can easily grow your own lettuce and tomatoes at home (even indoors) with almost no time and effort at a fraction of what they charge at the store.
It sounds like you're overdoing it, though. There is such a thing as too much exercise, and if you're doing 2 to 2 1/2 hours a day, I think you're overdoing it. Perhaps this has been your routine for many years? Do you ever give yourself a break though? Take a day off now and then, or do a shorter morning with more of a yoga/meditation routine once in a while. If you want to crawl into bed after exercising, you probably need a break.
By the way, many people who take short breaks (like up to a week), report much better brain and mind issues and overall alertness if they had been overdoing it. It might be worth a try for you because it honestly sounds like you are a little burnt out.
Gingko isn't really worth the money, imo, but maybe some green or black or red tea before you go to work will help.
And make sure you are getting enough healthy fats and healthy carbs in your diet. Some people who go a little "health nut" start no-noing lots of categories of food, but your body needs all sorts of macro- and micro-nutrients to function properly.
