Female...19... if that makes a difference to it as well
Thanks :)

The MOST important thing is to eat naturally..without medicines, chemicals, "starving" your self etc.
first, it would be best for you to eat as healthy as possible..this will also help you considerably to lose weight gradually and naturally..
eat fresh fruits, vegetables, drink plenty of WATER..avoid all cokes, caffeines, smoking, alchohol etc. as these also add weight as well as they contain chemicals which disturb your natural bio rythmns as well as brain chemistry. try not to eat too much meat, and the meat you should eat should be "lean meat" such as steamed chicken and rice, or steamed fish with rice..and vegetables,, this should be your staple diet rice and vegetables with fruits..AVOID "JUNK FOOD" and "Fast Food" as this type of food is very unhealthy, lacking in vitamins really and has plenty of fattening molecules which make one gain weight and is very bad for overall health.
if you snack,, try fruits with yogurt or fruit yogurt and nuts.. nuts are very healthy for your body .and contain proteins.
go for walks every evening or morning or whenever you get time each day for 1 hour or 2 hours..make this somewhere you enjoy walking even if you have to drive a bit to there..and make this a daily routine..you will enjoy it once you get into it ..and it makes you feel great after..just walking for 1 hour or 2 hours.
if you do this..every day for one month ..you should lose around 10 pounds (.714 stone) per month until you get to your natural healthy weight.. look up on the internet for an idea of what your weight for your height should be ..and when you get to this weight,,your body will look very nice and you will feel very good.
10 pounds (.714 stone ) each month in 3 months you should lose 30 pounds (2 stones, 2 pounds)..for sure...but no junk food and dont drink alcohol or smoke, dont eat junk..just healthy food with vitamins and walking 1 hour or 2 hours every day..and drink plenty of water..this is guaranteed way to lose weight naturally and for good, if you stick to this, which you should,,as it makes you feel so much more positive due to the vitamins and lack of chemicals making you feel depressed...
btw, forgot to mention,,just in case you dont know how to really make healthy meals..buy a "food steamer" at your local deparment store..they are very cheap and work very well..as well as buy a "rice cooker" which is also very cheap..eating rice is a great way to get your necessary carbs "healthy carbs" to lose weight and has lots of natural energy inside. you can buy asian rice at most large supermarkets or if you have a local oriental market..they sale quality asian rice.. thai or indian rice is good "jasmine rice".. buy corn or canola oil to sprinkle on vegetables or rice before steaming to add to taste as well as you can buy several nice spices like "cumin" or "Curry powders", etc.just sprinkle on the vegetables before steaming to give nice taste.
drink "Green Tea" as this is very healthy and helps burn extra fat faster...you can buy quality green tea at most oriental shops or large supermarkets as well
Question: How do you increase your Calcium intake? Do calcium pills work? I heard Caltrate plus D is best because you need D to absorb the calcium in your body... Also, I can't eat any dairy due to lactose intolerance, so my dairy intake is practically nonexistent - although some butter I can eat. I am in my 30s so I really need to take calcium seriously now... any suggestions? Thanks a bunch!! :)
Answer: You increase your calcium intake by increasing your calcium intake.
Question: would a high calcium intake help toward the repair of broken bones? i don't mean like drinking a few glasses of milk and miraculously it's healed, but would a high calcium intake help it heal stronger than a low calcium intake or would it make no difference?
Answer: Alright. Taking calcium AND vitamin D will help toward the repair of broken bones. Vitamin D allows for the absorption of calcium by the digestive system so it can reach the blood and make it's way to the bones. Also you might not already know this but you should also take Vitamin C. Vitamin C is necessary for creating collagen which is like the scaffolding to which the calcium goes. Make sure you're also getting phosphorous and magnesium, though these are less important than Calcium, Vitamin D, and Vitamin C because phosphorous and magnesium are trace elements and much less are needed. So this means Orange Juice and Milk. But remember to drink these two things at different times because they are not good together.
Question: Does chewing bone (like when you eat meat) help your calcium intake? My boxing coach told me to get a couple bucks' worth of goat's bones from the butcher's and chew some of it at lunch. He said it'd help my calcium intake. Is this true?
Answer: I never heard of this, but if you do, do this for calcium that you take magnesium with it as well because calcium alone can't be absorbed properly.. which also causes kidney stones
Also if I were you instead of chewing on the bone I'd get a calcium + magnesium liquid supplement, or pills and take those instead.. unless you like chewing on bones.. just make sure when taking any calcium that you get enough magnesium with it
Question: Do I need to increase calcium intake with a broken leg? I am a 41 year old woman. I just broke my leg. Will taking more calcium speed recovery?
Answer: not unless you have a calcium deficiency
Question: What are some good ways for your kids to intake enough calcium? Drinking milk and eating dairy products will help them get calcium, but I've heard that by doing so, you're intaking unneccesary amount of protein in the process. What are some healthy alternatives for kids to intake enough calcium without it being excess? Any source to back up your answer is always appreciated since it would be more reliable that way than a random guess. Thanks in advance and 10 points for best answer!
Answer: Dark green, leafy vegetables, tofu, lentils, sardines, and salmon, are also good sources of calcium, which in addition to soy milk and orange juice, are good sources of calcium for kids with a milk allergy.
Foods or meals that are prepared with the above foods, such as pizza, a grilled cheese sandwich, lasagna, or a burrito with beans and cheese, are also good ways to get enough calcium.
Many other foods, including bread and cereal, may also be fortified with calcium, and can help boost your child's daily intake of calcium.

Question: As we Vegans/vegetarians get older how should we insure Vitamin D and calcium intake?
I am 65 years old, and I have been a vegetarian for 35 years. My bone density and vitamin D is low, so my doctor has prescribed mega amounts of supplements. What natural foods will give me an increase in Calcium and vitamin D?
(PS: studies show that older folks do not absorb very much vitamin D from sunshine.)
Answer: Vitamin D = go outside, your body produces it's own vitamin D in the sunlight
Calcium = eat green leafy veggies. There's lots of calcium in lots of different vegetables. Alternatively, you can drink soy milk, which has the same amount of calcium as cows milk.
Here's a good list of the veggies:
http://www.vrg.org/nutrition/calcium.htm
Dietary Vitamin D is only naturally found in fish, which is a no go for you, so stick to fortified stuff, also eggs have a little bit - not as nearly as much as fish though. OJ, soy milks/cows milk, breakfast cereals are all commonly fortified. Plus there's always supplements.
Good luck!
Question: is there a side effect to a large calcium intake? and can you ever have too much? my beverage intake consisted of milk and water since i was born. i eat mostly calcium foods. can you have too much calcium? can i die from this major calium intake?
Answer: A lot of calcium can actually cause kidney stones. I wouldn't worry if you have been doing this for years and have shown no signs of them thought, but just be aware. I mean i should say calcium supplements, pills, if its natural calcium, i don't think you have anything to worry about.
Question: How much of calcium intake should be consumed for a person who is breast feeding?

Question: What’s a healthy daily calcium intake for women?
but what would be if I take supplements(vitamins), how many grams do I need?
Answer: About 1,000mg a day for pre-menopausal women. For women in their 50s and older, 1200mg a day is recommended.
Also, be sure you know what kind of calcium you're taking, it comes in many forms and some are better than others.
Calcium carbonate is the cheapest and most common form of calcium. Its only drawback is that needs to be taken on an acid stomach (with a meal) for it to be fully absorbed into the body.
Calcium citrate is another well-absorbed form of calcium, and it can be taken with or without a meal. If you are prone to forming kidney stones, calcium citrate is a safe calcium to take in order to maintain bone density and prevent hypercalcuria.
Your body can only absorb 600mg at a time, so to get your recommended daily intake, you'll have to split up your doses. Calcium is also best absorbed at night, so when you take your second dose, take it right before bedtime.
I'd also recommend taking a mixed calcium supplement like Citracal + Magnesium & Vitamin D3. Together, magnesium and calcium play in essential role in absorption and bone health.

Question: What is the most effect treatment to get maximum calcium intake for osteoporosis?
Answer: I am assuming you will be using "home treatments" as apposed to medicinal treatments. If you are using medicinal treatments, please consult your doctor before adding to the regimen.
My best advice for you would be the obvious Dairy,Vitamins, fruits and vegetables such as orange and broccoli are rich in calcium as well.
What women dont know is that our bodies need vitamin D to help metabolize calcium.Otherwise calcium with just pass through with minimal retention.
When you go to the grocery check your milk labels, Always buy milk with vitamin D added. Most whole milk has vitamin D added. Also if you buy calcium chews or supplements make sure you check those labels as well.
There is such a thing as too much calcium,So please be conscious of your daily intake.Hope this helps Good Luck
Question: My one year daughter has severe calcium deficiency, how to improve her calcium intake? What food to give?
Answer: Do you give her vitamins?.....,milk, ...ther are veggies with alot of calcium...see and ask adoctor?
Question: How can I increase my calcium intake without drinking milk, eating yogurt, or eating cheese?
Answer: I have the same problem. I'm lactose intolerant in a big way. You can find orange juice that has been fortified with Ca and vitamin D, and you can take Calcium Citrate and Vit D supplements.
Make sure you get the Vit D in there, otherwise your body won't be able to use the Ca.
Also, avoid drinking dark colored sodas. They contain Phosphorus, which is absorbed a little better than Ca and competes for space with Ca.
