Colloidal Minerals

Question: Colloidal Silver or Angstrom Minerals - Which is better? From experience or atleast some knowledge on these supplements - Is one more effecient then the other or are they basically the same?

Answer: And to actually answer your question, they are very similar nutrients, either one will be just as effective in the body. According to http://www.kornax.com/Merchant2/Angstrom_Minerals.htm the Angstrom Minerals are actually similar to Colloidal minerals in the fact that they are almost pure, in a liquid suspension, ionic, and based on small particle size. However, one big difference is listed on http://www.watershed.net/angstrom_minerals2.aspx The Angstrom Minerals seem to have a much higher potency of some of the lesser trace minerals (especially Silver) than may be healthy alone. I can't find a listing of potency for most of their products so I would be careful about taking any of those without taking a closer look. One of the other answers is right in the fact that you need to be careful about how much Silver you take because too much is very bad for you, but the proper amount of Silver is very beneficial for the immune system. As far as the skin turning grey or blue, that only happens if you take too much or use it improperly as most of the "well advertised" cases did. If you'd like more information on that, I've done a lot of research on it that I can send you. It's perfectly safe as long as you use it properly. Good luck!
