Answer: Well actually it does aid in losing weight it is suppose to take all the toxins and left over waste out you will mainly see the weight lose in your stomach area you need to make sure that you eat a good diet stick with fruits vegs and non process foods lots of water and juices. This helps in cleansing you out also take a multi vitamin if you plan on losing weight you should start to see result pretty fast if you don't see more regular bowl movements soon then return the item for a better one one more thing just remember when you cleanse you will feel horrible during the process but once you have finish you will feel like a million bucks.
