Daily Diet
Question: What is the Daily Diet For a British Soldier in Basic Training? What is the daily diet for the british marines who are Training to go out to Afghanistan. Im guessing they'd would have to stick to a strict diet so they didnt become fat and unhealthy.
Please tell Me what they would eat daily.
Answer: Don't know about their actual diet but whatever they eat there is very little chance they will get fat. They do un-earthly amounts of phys so they just burn off whatever they eat. I have a few mates that eat probably equivalent to 4 or 5 full meals a day but they constantly go to the gym so they are just always buff.
Nice One, Leo Ping Pon, if you can't take the mickey properly (bangers and MASH, fried green tomatoes??? - not typical brit food you idiot) then shut up.

Question: Is there any difference on daily eating and drinking diet in Netherlands? Is there any difference on daily eating and drinking diet among different seasons in Netherlands? Do people eat the same in summer compared to what they eat in winter, spring and autumn? I asked about the daily diet schedule of a single day, but I suppose there must be some difference among different seasons? Thanks for anybody who can help!
Answer: In winter Dutch eat a lot of smashed potatoes, in summer they eat more fresh vegetables like lettuce.
A favorite Dutch recipe is "boerenkool" ( smashed potatoes with kale, cabbage}, "zuurkool", (sauerkraut) and "hutspot" ( smashed potatoes with carrots and onions) with sausage.
They also eat more summer fruit in summer, like strawberries, prunes, cherries, etc.
In winter they drink warm drinks like tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and in summer they drink more lemonade and juice.
Question: What is a good daily diet for Guinea pigs? I have had my guinea pigs for a year now, and they are perfectly healthy.
I want to keep them this way, but I just don't know exactly what to feed them.
I need vegetables and fruits that are high in Vitamin C and I know not to feed them oranges.
I do know a lot about guinea pigs, but I just need a daily diet to feed them. I am going to the store today so suggest things I could buy there. Thank you!
Answer: Timothy Complete for Guinea Pigs - http://www.drsfostersmith.com/product/prod_display.cfm?pcatid=12641
Oxbow Organic Guinea Pig Food - http://www.drsfostersmith.com/product/prod_display.cfm?pcatid=19814&rel=1
As a treat, Oxbow Organic Meadow Hay - http://www.drsfostersmith.com/product/prod_display.cfm?pcatid=19804&rel=1
All vegetable and fruit portions listed are for one guinea pig.
Red or Green Bell Peppers: One slice of a whole pepper, given daily, remove seeds. My favourite fresh food for guinea pigs and is loved by most guinea pigs. Very high in vit c, especially the red, but all colours have high vit c content. Pease note: Bell peppers are not to be confused with red hot chilli peppers which are a totally different food and should never be given to guinea pigs.
Broccoli: Half a floret, including the stalk, twice weekly.
Kale: Two to three small leaves, twice weekly.
Carrot: One baby carrot or a small slice of a large carrot, every other day.
Romaine Lettuce: One large leaf, every other day. Never give guinea pigs iceberg lettuce, its not nutritious and it can give them an upset tummmy and diarhhea.
Celery: One 1/4 of a stick, weekly. Very stringy so needs to be chopped up into small pieces to avoid piggy choking.
Dandelion Leaves: Two or three, average size, twice weekly. A seasonal food during spring and summer.
Fresh Grass: Small handful, three to four times weekly. A seasonal food, spring, summer and autumn. Sometimes my piggies go outside to eat fresh grass for themselves on warm sunny days. Never put guinea pigs out on wet grass, always make sure the grass is dry and never use grass that's been cut by a lawn mower. When spring has arrived and your grass has started to grow, just give your piggies a small amount of grass to begin with so their tummies adjust. More about saftey tips below.
Baby Tomato's: One baby tomato or small plum tomato, twice weekly. Remember to remove the poisonous tomato top ( green part ) If using a slice from a larger tomato, remove seeds.
Cucumber: Very little nutritional value, but has high water content and is loved by most guinea pigs. One slice, include the outer layer which is their favourite part. Given every other day. Cucumber is really appreciated by guinea pigs in hot weather, it acts as a liquid and is nice and cool. A little like us enjoying an ice lolly.
Parsley: A few sprigs , given weekly. Very high in calcium so should be limited if your guinea pig is prone to developing bladder stones.
Apple: One small slice, include peel, give weekly, remove core and pips. Royal gala variety is a favourite. Many fruits are full of natural sugar and have fruit acid. To avoid your guinea pig getting a sore mouth, cut all fruit into small pieces and just give as an occasional treat because of the high sugar content.
Pear: One small slice, include peel, give weekly, remove core and pips.
Seedless Grapes: One or two, must be seedless, give weekly.
Satsumer Pieces: One or two segments, remove rind and pips, give weekly.
Corn on the Cob: A recent new food. The leaves can be eaten by guinea pigs. Roughly a dozen tiny segments, twice weekly.

Question: what would be an ideal daily diet for someone starting to workout? Since i have all summer i've finally decided to workout. And i want to do it right so what should be a typical daily diet.
sorry, meant to add this earlier. A diet to help gain muscle mass. I know there is protein, lots of protien. What foods are high in the protein needed?

Question: Can I take a diet pill and a daily diet support at the same time? I just bought Metabolife Ultra and these MultiVitamin Daily Diet Supports which are like the one a day digestive one. Is it okay to take both the pills like, in the same day or together?
Answer: I'd suggest that you consult your doctor first. It is a non-herbal diet pill which a purely pharmacological diet pill with a unique chemical composition. This diet pill contains a blend of ingredients and the chemical compound – Dimethyl-pentylamine-hydrochloride Trimethylxanthin. Therefore, you should consult first, if it can conflict with other medicines/supplements you may be taking: http://p.gs/scp43
Question: Can a person starve to death eating only minimal calories for a daily diet that is less than their BMR? Picture a scenario of a 140 lb 5'7 male who has a bmr of 1550, suppose he intakes a daily diet of calories of 1200(minimum recommendation from doctors) eventually will his body wither away to just skin and bones and die? I know that if he drops to 130 lbs his bmr decreases to around 1480, therefore is it possible to eat that few calories and stay alive? How do the anorexics and starving ethiopians able to live without any fat?
Answer: Well anorexics die of heart failure and starving Ethiopians die of (yes you guessed it) starvation.
If you are eating 1200 calories per day then you won't die. 1200 calories per day is enough to sustain life. You feel weak if your body is built for more calories but you technically aren't starving.
Question: Is alphalfa better than hey as a daily diet? As a daily diet what percentage of each should i feed my horse?
Answer: Alfalfa is higher in protein, but it also gives your horse a LOT of energy. I would not use alfalfa unless your vet has deemed it necessary for your particular horse's needs. Also, a lot of times, race horses and other athletic horses are given alfalfa to maintain their energy level and help with their endurance. I have even seen some barns soak their alfalfa in water before giving it to the horses to prevent colic.
If your horse doesn't qualify for any of these, then I would highly suggest a grass hay diet. This particular hay is just fine for most horses. It is highly nutritious and well-balanced enough to be given twice a day. How much you give daily is based on the size of your horse and his weight.
Question: what is a easy daily diet that will make me healthy again. including fruit vegies and all the nessacries. ? what is a easy daily diet that will make me healthy again. including fruit vegies and all the nessacries.
Answer: There are many diets out there for you to choose from to be honest. You can also download free articles on the sorts of foods you should eat to stay fit and healthy. The internet is awash with this sort of information so you should have no problem finding it.
What you probably wont find is something that puts everything together for you to understand and implement it properly. It is all right having a list of foods to eat that are good for you, but how much should you eat, how often should you eat when should you eat.
If you want more guidance and a guaranteed way of loosing weight you can't go wrong with what i have below. It worked really well for me and you can read my story there as well.
I hope it helps!
Question: Is it healthy to have aspirin in your daily diet? I have been having allergic reactions (hives) a lot lately and I know aspirin can open your body up to new allergic reactions. I’m currently allergic to just about anything. It sucks too because I have never been allergic like this to anything in the past.
I’m not blaming it on the aspirin, just curious. I was told 60mg of aspirin is good in a healthy daily diet (Opra, shut-up). The dosage in my diet is a little more, ok …a lot more, …ok about 6 times that, (I’m an idiot). Regardless, is 60mg of aspirin a day healthy or no?
Answer: well i'm not a doctor but have been told that aspirin may be good for your heart, aspirin supposedly decreases your risk of heart attacks. i take one aspirin a day and it works well with me. if your having allergic reactions to aspirin, they have aspirin free stuff over the counter, but talk to your doctor about your situation its the best thing to do
Question: What's a good daily diet plan for a 15 year old guy? Hey, I'm 15 and I'm Over weight. I just got treadmill im planning to using it everyday for like 20mins, But i was just wondering How should eat? Like what is a good daily diet for me so that i can lose weight. And if you have an excerise plan i can use please tell me...I need to lose belly fat and some small "manboobs" Thank You!
Answer: OK, diet is going to count for about 75% off you losing weight.
8am- a bowl of musli.
12-a bowl of porridge( no sugar or anything)
3pm- a sandwich (something basic like ham/chicken, no butter or mayo)
6-7pm-your main dinner, something meaty with veg and potatoes.
9pm-peanut butter on toast. (P.S try to drink mainly water)
run for 15- 20 mins everyday.
And if you want to lose weight in your stomach do 50 abdominal crunches a day, 2 sets off 25 or if you can't do that start with 5 sets of 10.
For the man boobs do 50 push ups a day, 2 sets off 25 or if you can't do that 5 sets of 10.
This is what i do and I'm nice and lean. Remember to start with it will be very hard, but keep at it and it will get easier and you'll see results in no time.
Question: daily diet? do diets really work without excersize
Answer: Well, I had a knee injuy last year and was on the couch all day for the better part of a month and didn't move hardly at all. I lost a ton of weight just watching tv. I guess I lost the weight because I wasn't eating at resutrants and out drinking.
Question: Daily diet? Breakfast - 1 piece of wholemeal toast with 1 yougurt (light)
10:30am - two crackers with light ham on them or tomato and light cheese on them
2pm - 1 piece of fruit
Dinner - Meat with salad or veg (or a stir fry or something similar)
Does this sound ok? Cant have a lunch break due to work
Answer: Thats fine but such low calorie intake risks your body shutting down. Calories are our source of energy and when we don't get enough our body shuts down some functions to compensate. If it's your normal diet your body could probably get used to it.
Question: Daily Diet? I am a real fit guy, but my eating habits suck. and I suck at cooking. I was wondering if you could write up a simple daily diet for me. I ofen go to quiznos, or subway... please mention healthy meal options at "fast food places"...
Answer: If you goto subway, stick to Jareds meals. Dont get any you know, pizza crap or what ever. Stick to turkey and ham, or whatever is on the Jared menu.
Next, when ever you goto a fast food place, try to avoid the burgers and stuff. For example, Mcdonalds. Chicken Nuggets>Big Mac...chicken nuggets will give protein..that big mac is more fat than anything.
Any fast food place you go, just try to look for stuff like protein and good nutrients, instead of grease and fat...which is hard now and days because most fast food is all fat. But there always salads as well.=]
