Question: I am 18 and i am 74 kgs/ 163lbs and 5'8'' and i want to loose wait soon 3-4 months? I mostly want to loose waist around my belly my waist is 33-34 and i want to bring it to 30. what is the best excerise and should i follow high protien medium carb and low fat diet? any suggestions. no pills and watching progams pls. can't afford I love chicken and lamb and fish. I think it may help better to answer . I don't eat pork and jerks
