Food Supplement

Question: What is the best product/food/supplement to take to build strength and speed? Im looking for a food,supplement or product to build strength and speed so I don't want to bulk up too much either. Im an 18 year old athlete going to be doing weight lifting to increase speed (dynamic exercises) and running on the track and road a lot joined with some upper body and more cardio. I will be training almost everyday probably 6 days a week. I heard flax seed is good all around?!
