Question: How does the green tea diet work? when do you drink the tea how many times and also do i drink the boiled tea or the green tea thats in cold bottles @ the store. I dont need any i think answers i need someone 2 help that knows about or who is doing the diet. Thanks, I really need help.

Answer: Hi, I am a detox specialist and I specialize in helping people lose weight. While green tea is good for preventing fat absorption, that is about all that it does.
