Question: What is the fastest way to loose weight? I'm 5 foot and about 115lbs. I'm looking to loose weight fast. Im not concerned about putting the weight back on, just want to know how to take it off. Like fad diets. Hoping to loose 15lbs. Thoughts. Not worried about the health factors eithers.

Answer: A direct answer to your question is obvious. It would be illegal drugs like meth that is if you don't care about your health!
Why you would take deliberate risks with your good health sounds pretty ignorant to me.
Obviously YOU have not ever dealt with poor health or been around someone you love that is in poor health.
Just because you may be young and healthy now does not mean you are exempt from ever getting sick. It could be a long time from now or could be tomorrow. You do not know what time bomb may be ticking in you right now and you not treating yourself right would set it off.

People are stupid if they say otherwise. Localised fat loss is impossible. You will lose fat from everywhere, including your breasts. That's why women who weigh 15+ stone always have big breasts.
You have to choose what you want more, less fat or bigger breasts. Keep in mind that only a small percentage of the fat loss will come from your breasts, provided you have fat elsewhere.
Question: How soon will I start to loose weight after I stop taking Prednisone ? I have been taking Prednisone 20 to 30mg a day for around 5 years. I just wanted to know how long after I stop takin it (Dr. orders) wil I start to loose weight and get rid of my moon face? Answer: i am 27... i have taken prednisone once for 6 months about 10 years ago for iga kidney..... and this is the 2nd time.... i am on it for 4 months already.... i started with 100mg every other day for 2 months and dr lower to 60 mg every other day on the 3rd month.
i started to notice moon face on the 3rd month.... i have gained 3 to 5 lbs so far... compare to others who are taking prednisone i think i am not the worst case.... because of the bad experience 10 years ago i learned the most important thing is low sodium diet.... I gain about 30 lbs last time.... i take less than 2000 mg of sodium a day.... to make it easy.... i will not take any sodium for breakfast and lunch but eat normal food for dinner.... but MUST no fast food or junk food!!
Last time i started to swell on the 1st month and i got too much water stays in my body so i visited a Chinese herblist and he prescribed herbel tea for me to release the stored water.... it took a month or so for me to loose about 10 lbs.... and i went back to normal weight and normal look with in 1 month after stopped the medicine....
This time i think it will be easier for me to loose the extra weight because i didn't gain too much and the low sodium diet helps alot.... i think i may even be skinnier than before because of healthy eating habbit....
p.s. Try to drink Chinese black tea or green tea... (black tea works better for me) few cups of tea a day helps release water.... hope you can say good bye to moon face asap....

Answer: Just stop eating so much junk and eat less. You already said you eat a lot. Cut out all the fast food. Dont eat so much bread, rice if you eat it, anything oily, pasta, etc.... Try to have a lot of salads, but watch the salad dressing. Have vinegar or lemon or lime juice, no oil. Get in some protein though. Try to stick to chicken and turkey most the time.

Answer: I just read about the morning banana diet, you eat all the banana you want in the morning, and drink warm water. You have a snack at 10:30AM and eat anything you want for lunch and anything you want for dinner. No sweets after meals and no eating after 8pm.

This is a genetic thing that cannot be changed (metabolism is the rate your body absorbs fat). The simple way to loose weight healthily and quickly is to have a class of tomato/lemon juice in the morning before your go fo your daily exercise to kick start your metabolism!
Also watching what you eat can have a huge effect. You do not have to diet to eat healthy! instead of eating chocolate, eat a piece of fruit, simple changes like this can gave a huge impact on your weight and you will generally feel better.
