Juicer Reviews
Question: Reviews for the Juiceman Juicer? I am really interested in getting a Juicer and for awhile I was thinking I might just spend a ton on a Champion juicer b/c it is supposed to be one of the best. BUT I just saw a great deal for a Juiceman Juicer, it used to be 79.99 and now it is 39.99.
Is it worth it?
Answer: I have one and honestly I was excited to get one used it about 5 times and its been in the cabinet since. They make it sound a lot better than it is. It is kind of a pain to lug and clean the equipment for a glass of juice and it takes a lot more fruit and vegies to fill a cup like they do on tv. Save your money.
Question: Which juicers is better than the Jack Lelanne power juicer? The Jack Lelanne juicer is getting wonderful reviews but its very pricey, what others are as effective, if not better?
Answer: None are as effective or better.
Have you seen old Jack? He's in his nineties and can kick the crap out of you and me together! At 70 Jack fought strong winds and currents as he swam 1.5 miles while towing 70 boats with 70 people from the Queen's Way Bridge in the Long Beach Harbor to the Queen Mary, while shackled & handcuffed!
Whatever it is that is making him go is something we should all have.
Question: I am looking for a juicer for a juice fast (fruit and veg)? I know the champion-juicer had good reviews a few years ago and I still have the $300 budget to get one but before i spend money I was wondering if they were any better alternative choices with better technology. I can afford the best.

Answer: This is a little above but it's the best. It's not a juicer that removes all the fiber, it turns the fiber into juice so it's really healthy for you & it's the best "blender" ever!

Question: Looking to purchase the Omega 8005 juicer, but it may have a defect. Does anyone know about this model? I want to buy this model, but 2 users on Epinions.com are reporting that the Omega 8005 has a defect where it grinds plastic particles into the juice. I guess if you run the machine without putting anything in for a couple minutes, according to the reviews, "the rotating auger grinds against the juicing insert actually scraping off trace amounts of the plastic." Can anyone dispel this? Thanks.
Answer: I THINK YOU SHOLD NOT TAKE THAT MODEL BECAUSE THEY ARE RIGHT .THERE IS A CHEMICAL INSIDE IT WHICH CAN DEFECT YOU AND YOU CAN BE SICK.
Question: what is the best juicer available in the market irrespective of price? by "best" i mean the one that can juice most fruits and veggies,is easiest to operate and clean and brings out most juice.....i have heard good reviews about jack Lalane and breville......could u specify the model number along with the brand in ur choice.....thanks
Answer: i have the jack la lane juicer, its the best by far, the difference from his and all the rest, the whole to put the fruit in is much bigger, and it runs real quiet. others are noisy, and the whole is so small on others, u have to cut the fruit up first.
Question: Has anyone tried the omega 02 juicer? I have an older model and it is really hard to use, it gets unbalanced easily and have to hold it down to use it. was hopping this new model was better but can find reviews for it anywhere? thanks
Answer: I have an older model, also. I haven't tried the 02, but I do have a Champion 2000+. It's 300 rpm masticating, and works great.
Question: Where is the best place to buy appliances online from Ireland? I just had a really annoying experience on the amazon.co.uk website. Spent ages looking at their breadmakers and juicers, reading reviews etc. Then when I was ready to make a purchase it said "we cannot ship to your address" At no point until the final stage of the purchasing process did it tell me that Rep. of Ireland is outside their shipping area. Does anyone know a better place where I could purchase online white goods for delivery in Ireland - thanks
Answer: What type of appliances if media appliances try www.komplett.ie. If you want white goods such as Fridges etc you might try www.harveynorman.ie
Question: Which juicer and smoothie maker? I want to buy a combined juicer and smoothie maker but don't know which one is the best on to go for. I'm looking for any reviews or suggestions on brands - I'm not too fussy over price, ideally under £150 though. The one that has caught my eye is the Rosemary Conley EnerGi Whole Fruit Juicer & Blender, but any other suggestions welcomed
Answer: i would go for Kenwood or Moulinex if you can find.
my mum has had a KENWOOD for 15 years or more and we LOVE it. also their glass is really heavy duty. UNDREAKABLE.
i broke one part of it at one point and even more than 10 years later, they found it from the serial number and delivered the part to us in less tahn 2 weeks for so cheap.
check out the site
Question: where can I find an independent review of electric juicers/juice extractors, please?

Question: Recommend a good quality juicer? Can anyone recommend a good quality juicer?
Id quite like to make carrot juice, orange, apple etc
Ive searched for a while but all the reviews on Amazon complain that they're either really difficult to clean, or they only extract a little bit of the juice and leave lots of wet pulp
Budget wise, I'd happily pay a lot for a good juicer, but its for occasional household use, so I m not looking for industrial ones costing £2000 ;-)
Answer: depending on price check out this site.
has juicers in all price ranges.
Question: L'equip mini pulp-ejector juicer...? Hi Guys,
I've just bought a l'equip mini juicer and i'm wondering whether anyone has this, and if so could you tell me whether i need to cut up the veggies and fruit first? I didn't for my first try and the juice produced seemed fine, i'm just worried that it might screw up the blade...? Also i've read reviews that it is a quiet machine, but when i got juicing it was pretty loud- is this normal?
Thanks in advance for you answers!
Answer: NO IM UNAWARE OF THIS MACHINE I KNOE ITS A JUICER BUT I DON'T HAVE ONE I KNOW COUPLE OF FRIENDS THAT HAVE SOME AND THEY SAY THEY ARE PRETTY GOOD
Question: Lexen Juicer...manual or electric.? I am getting into juicing. Have been using an old manual blender with juicer attachment and now considering upgrading to a more juicer-specific device. Wheatgrass and fruits and vegetables. I like the lexen product reviews...but should I use the less exensive manual, or spring for an electric?
Answer: Go for the electric mate, they are more practical.
Question: Which juicer should I buy? From the Target site, I have narrowed it down to http://www.target.com/Omega-Juicer-Model-O2/dp/B0002OKDTC/sr=1-8/qid=1231735031/ref=sr_1_8/187-3740723-1085750?ie=UTF8&index=target&rh=k%3Ajuicer&page=1 which has free shipping, and is 106.00 TOTAL, with tax when I checkout. It SEEMS nicer than the other choice. which is http://www.target.com/gp/cart/view.html/ref=in_de_detail-buybox?ie=UTF8&pf_rd_r=1M2MN5MF310ZKQBVZEJ4&pf_rd_p=439544401&pf_rd_i=B000EWJLDG&pf_rd_s=right-7&asin=B000EWJLDG&pf_rd_m=A1VC38T7YXB528&pf_rd_t=201 TOTAL being 87.00 at checkout. There are good reviews for this model, and none for the other, and ships faster. This model has 800 WATTs and the other model has 1600 or 1800 RPMs. I dont know the difference between RPM's and WATTS. Advise? Opinions?
Answer: Watts is how much power the unit is capable of. Rpm is revolutions per minute.
Look at how easy it is to clean? I would go with the higher price model. You want this to last a very long time.
Question: Juicer.....? I want to buy this model, but 2 users on Epinions.com are reporting that the Omega 8005 has a defect where it grinds plastic particles into the juice. I guess if you run the machine without putting anything in for a couple minutes, according to the reviews, "the rotating auger grinds against the juicing insert actually scraping off trace amounts of the plastic." Can anyone dispel this?
If you have a better model to recommend, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Answer: I had a juice man juicer and had that same problem. If you plan to use the juicer often, I use mine most everyday I would highly recommend get the Breville juice fountain elite. This will never breakdown I've had mine for 2yrs with no problem and I do some heavy duty juicing. Here's a link to the juicer, but I would look on eBay as far as buying, I got mine brand new at a good price and those other juicers are really not meant for long hall but just a casually . Here's the linkhttp://www.brevilleusa.com/products/800jexl/index.jsp?sku=800jexl&cID=231&pID=1&pvID=1 hope it helps.
Question: does anyone have any review on the bullet express product seen on tv? I just saw the infomercial and now am considering getting it but I want to read the review on it first. I was going to buy a lalaine juicer from costco for 100 but for 160 I could get the bullet express system which can be used as a juicer. Note that this is the bullet express and not the majic bullet. It is made by the same people though. The website is www.bulletexpress.com. anyone with experience or know of a review I could read?
Answer: I also have the magic bullet, but I don't find that it works well. It mushes things up instead of chopping them (and yes, I am push/release/push/release-ing) I bought it mainly to grate cheese with, but you need a special blade for that, which it didn't even come with!!!
