Question: what are some low calorie drinks that have caffeine? i have decided to quit drinking sodas but the sudden decrease of caffeine is really affecting me. i have headaches and feel extreme fatigue. i need something that i can drink that has caffeine but also has low calories. i don't like coffee or energy drinks so any other suggestions?

Answer: Iced tea with little or no sugar. During the summer I make a least a gallon a day, we love it! Way better for you than diet coke!

Question: High energy and low calorie food/drink? O.K. I don't eat breakfast or lunch (don't judge). And I need something that' gonna keep me going until I eat supper witch consist of broth and sometimes if I'm lucky a little piece of bred. But that's not my issue. Answer: A banana half an hour before exercise. But don't work out and and starve yourself. Take it from a former anorexic. I passed out at the gym several times from doing that. Not cool. And you can really mess up your heart if you start messing around with those pills. Not to mention your metabolism will slow right down and next time you eat you will pack on the pounds quickly. The best way is to eat about 6 small meals a day and exercise regularly. You will keep the weight off longer, and still be very healthy. And you metabolism will be boosted.

Answer: generally, energy drinks aren't good for you take your energy for your workout from a 40 minutes before exercise meal (mainly cereals or pastas)

Answer: I'm the same way 0 I live off sugar free red bull and rockstar. I think that they do give you the energy boost which you need - with a 500 ml can giving you around 150mg of caffeine, which is a hell of a lot. It is the caffiene from which the kick comes from. Plus, they have only about 20 calories so they are really are sugar free. I find that they really do give me a much needed buzz but without the added sugar which lead to unnecessary calories. Answer: If you drink it moderatly no i do not believe they are bad for you it's people that drink the stuff six times a day that give the drinks a bad name.

Answer: ok the best and cheapest kind of food is rice!! its very inexpensive.. and affordable... charbohydrates are very good for runners... why? usually track/xc runners have pasta parties.. becuase charbohydrates breaks down into glucose and glucose makes energy for your body to function... supposedly propell has only 25 calories... but too bad it taste like crap... i drink vitamin water.. and as long as you excercise its good and fine because you are burning the calories... runners need energy in order to run.. and also back tracking a little bit the charbohydrates would also contain L-glutamine whcih will help protein synthesis (basicly means build muscles)
