Answer: Why don't you just take an all around vitamin like Liquid Centrum? It covers all the vitamins you may not be getting.

Answer: Depends what your diet and activity is like. If you still eat fatty plus highly processed foods, high sugar, drink beer and other booze and laze around watchin TV....doesn't matter what pills you swallow - you will have problems.

Answer: Any meat products definitely have a lot of protein, even peanut butter! Also fish (6 ounces has 40 grams), eggs (a serving of 3 large eggs have 21 grams of protein), cheese (cottage cheese has 15 grams in every half cup), nuts (1/4 cup of almonds have 5 grams of protein), and beans. (a one cup serving of raw soybeans have 33 grams of protein).
Foods high in complex carbohydrates are include bagels, beans, brown bread, brown rice, corn, high fiber breakfast cereals, macaroni, oatmeal, pasta, peas, potatoes, shredded wheat, whole meal bread, wholegrain cereals, and yams.
Foods high in amino acids include vegetables like spinach, turnips, lettuce, carrots, radishes, cabbage, onions, beetroots, cucumbers and all green leaves. Fruits such as pomegranates, melons, oranges, apples, pineapple, papaya, grapes, raspberries and plums are all rich sources of amino acids. Some food garnishes such as mint, garlic, ginger and almonds also contain high percentages of amino acids.
Foods high in minerals and vitamins include apples, bananas, squash, peas, almonds, macadamia nuts, chestnuts, milk and its products, fortified orange juice, beef, poultry, seafood, nuts, legumes such as beans and grain products, oranges, peaches, sunflower seeds, peanuts, cashews, avocados, sweet potatoes, green leafy vegetables, legumes, kiwis, and blackberries.

Question: Why do ID believer say that complex things need a designer? Things that have been designed and built like houses need a designer, however there are many complex things proven to have not been designed. Example the complex patterns of stalagmites formed in caves, very complex, very beautiful, yet we know they were not designed but rather formed through natural processes of water and minerals applied over time. Comparing living things to a house is an incorrect anology. Just like other complex things, they are entirely natural.
Answer: They seek justification, not explanation.
Anything which apparently supports their theory, they keep. Anything which stands against it, they ignore. This is not investigative science - this is nothing but self-serving justification.
They do not find real evidence to support their prejudice, instead they mainly seek to find the flaws in rational arguments, seemingly with the ridiculous notion that if they can tear down the opposition, their lack of proof will actually look credible.

on the bottle it says "store in a cool, dry place". would in the fridge be an ideal place?
Answer: What does your bottle of fish oil say? Some people store theirs in the refrigerator, but I don't know if it's necessary. "a cool, dry place" usually means an area that isn't over 78-80 degrees, an example -- don't store them in a window where the sun comes in and would heat them up. A dry place means somewhere that isn't humid, example-- don't store them in your bathroom because it gets humid in there when you shower.

Answer: True - both are, or have been big lead - zinc - copper mines.

Answer: SAMe works pretty well but you have to take it regularly for at least 6 months to notice any improvement..it is very expensive so I couln't keep taking it. I was on the prescription celexa for a while and it did help me a lot with my mood and shyness but it had very bad sexual side effects so I stopped that too. Good luck
Question: This is a complex medical question about bipolar disorder and a vegetarian diet.? I am a bipolar male in my 40's who has been taking lithium and low dose atypicals for about 7 years.
I prefer a vegetarian diet but am having the problem that when I don't eat meat for several weeks I develop symptoms apparently caused by my meds (shaking, tremors, etc). These symptoms are serious enough that they effect my functioning.
My first guess is an amino acid issue, but I have not been able to figure out that yet.
Second guess is a fat or fat ratio thing.
No other common nutrient (vitamin, mineral) is likely involved since I take supplements.
Answer: I have had that problem too. I don't know what we are deficient, but I asked my doctor and she said to eat meat about once a week to control this condition. Also, I best really introduce and use eggs in my diet (I was not). It has helped me function better although I am still morally opposed to senseless eating of meat just because people can.

Also when these disorders are present, our bodies will use up more of these vitamins than normal. Vitamin B complex is essential to the healthy working of our nervous system. Which is also why its recommended that people suffering these disorders, abstain, or cut down, on smoking & alcohol consumption, both of which use up vitamin B stored in our bodies or cause malabsorption of it from food.

Answer: The best protein powder isnt the ones with added crap, its the ones which use protein from the best sources. Some use fillers to gain more weight and low quality protein. Reflex 100% whey is currently the best on the market. Optimum nutrition is a very good brand and does the job but they do use soya and other non utilised calories as filler, if you are a perfectionist though which i think you are i would go reflex.
Pro complex = Higher BCAA, and amino acid profile.
