Question: How to dispose a nitric oxide cylinder? I'm looking for detailed procedure for disposing NO (Nitric Oxide) cylinder. Actually we are importing these cylinders from a company in another country so far (since its not available here) and had been shipping it back to the same company for disposal. Due to the cost involved, we are looking for ways to dispose it by ourselves. Kindly provide details on neutralization of Nitric Oxide and procedure for disposal of cylinder.

Answer: since NO or NO2 gas r acedic when they r dssolved in water they form acids so they must be neutraliz by bases .this can be done with the concentrated solutions of NaOH ,KOH ,NaCO3 or NaHCO3. these bases will be neutralized during the Reaction CO2 will dicharged and salt will form of the repective base. For example take the case of NaHCO3 which is of low cast and easily avilable in the market. the ppossible reaction is given NO(g)+ NaCHO3.(solution)......... .............>NaO2+H2O+CO3 which are the neutralized products

Answer: If the capsule really contains nitric oxide, then you should not take it at all. Nitric oxide reacts with water to make nitric acid which is toxic. If the capsule does not contain nitric oxide, then what is in it? Either way this is a poor idea. You do need a lot of protein (about 1 gram per pound of body weight for strenuous exercise). You do not need anything else but a good balanced diet. Not taking it will not result in muscle loss. Not exercising will result in muscle loss.

Question: What are good ways to increase nitric oxide in the body? I read that the more nitric oxide a man has the stronger the erections and libido.

Answer: L- Arginine will help with that. It's an amino acid that can be bought fairly cheap.

Question: Is it safe to take Nitric Oxide and Ginkgo Biloba supplements in the same day? I've been taking Nitric Oxide supplements for a few months now. I only take 2/3 of the suggested serving daily. Would it be safe to add 60mg of Ginkgo Biloba to my daily routine?

Answer: nitric oxide is a gas. I suspect that you are taking l-arginine which breaks down to nitric oxide in the body. I take gingko and my body also produces nitric oxide so it seems to me that in the body at the same time is no problem. but to be sure wait for more answers.

Question: How effective is nitric oxide supplement and weigh gainer supplement? i no that to gain weight the key thing is to eat right but i have tried and it doesn't seem to help me put on weight. also with nitric oxide how fast does it work and how effective it is?

Answer: the chemical equation tells us that for every two moles of NO, 114 KJ of energy are release so for every mole of NO = 114/2 = -57 kJ/mole NO 57KJ/mole)(1 mole NO/ 30g NO) = -1.9 KJ / g NO

Answer: I don't suspect any significant interaction. Those NO supplements actually have very little NO, i think it would be okay. personal opinion though. it's hard to confirm interactions for supplements that aren't FDA approved

Answer: the function nitric oxide plays in the body is to keep the circulatory system supple and healthy. However, taking nitric oxide supplements will not effect this result. The stomach destroys most of the supplement. If you wish to increase nitric oxide production by your body there is a list of supplements that work synergistically to get it to do so. You can find this list in Dr. Louis Ignarro's book titled NO More Heart Disease.

Answer: Nitrous oxide can help bring more blood to your muscles which may help you pump out more reps. It also makes your muscle stay engorged with blood longer after a workout so they look bigger for a few hours. But it doesn't directly increase muscle mass. There are lots of studies showing that creatine is a great workout supplement, but again, it doesn't directly help you with building muscle mass. It helps your muscles get more energy for the workout, though, which could help you bring your A game. Ultimately mass is determined by three major things: 1) Are you getting enough protein? (1-1.5g per pound of lean body weight daily, spread throughout the day, and have some right after your workout.) 2) Is your workout breaking down your muscle enough to make it repair itself? (Does your last set go to muscle failure?) 3) Are you giving your muscles enough time to repair before your next workout? Answer: The NO products increase the nitric oxide in your sysytem; this then causes your muscles to get 'pumped', when your veins pop out etc. This can have a benefit when working out, in some cases it can make you slightly stronger when taken before a workout. If your muscles are cold and your oxygen supply isn't as good, you cannot lift as much weight as when your muscles are pumped. So by giving your muscles a 'pump', you are in effect increasing your strength slightly. Plus, they also make your muscles appear fuller and bigger, so you look better whether you are in the gym or out etc.

Answer: lol, guido^^^ you cant. The pump only lasts so long, NO only makes the pump more intense, but it cant make it last longer nothing will

Answer: there is no need for you to take nitric oxide, your body makes all you need until you are over thirty. Taking such supplements is a waste of money, your body just excretes what it doesn't need, and it manufactures all that it needs by itself.

Answer: First stop wasting your money on Nitric Oxide since studies and scientist say it does absolutely nothing for muscle mass or growth or strength. Its simple only take supplements that also can be found in food. natural supplements like protein and creatine that can be found in beef,chicken and fish are the only two supplements that people should consume besides vitamins.

Question: Which is better creatine or nitric oxide overdrive? I recently just bought six star muscle nitric oxide overdrive then I started to hear real good stuff about creatine. How do they work, and which is more effective.

Answer: Two very different products. An NO product will help with oxygen, hormone, and blood flow, thus the increased pump. It does not directly affect muscle growth. Creatine allows for more muscle "energy" (ie. the ability to be able to perform an activity for a longer duration or more intensely before tiring - more reps, heavier weight, etc). This can have a more direct impact on muscle strength and growth but you need to remember that protein, and specifically the amino acids found naturally in protein (solid food AND shakes), is what truly builds muscle. No supplement will add muscle without enough raw material (protein) to allow for growth. And yes, you may use them both at the same time.
