Question: What store cards are valuable when moving into a new apartment? I have a Walmart store card & and Amazon store card. I'm looking to find one more store card, that will be valable when I move into my new apartment. I plan to use the store cards for furniture and such. My credit score is a 728, so I should not have a problem with applying.
Answer: What's your total credit limit and debt compared to your income. If you add up a car loan, and limits on the 2 existing cards, getting a third can be a problem even with a good score. It will certainly reduce your score.
Economically, this is a very bad time to take on any debt. The second wave down is just getting underway. Unemployment is creeping back up again. Taxes are set for the biggest hike in history effective January 1, so your withholding is going to increase very soon, and your take-home pay shrink. For lower-income people, the tax rates are jumping from 10% to 15% - that's a 50% increase in your income taxes!
Another store card is a bad idea. Too limited in utility. If you do not have a MasterCard or Visa from your bank, consider that if you insist on getting another card. But you would be much, much, much better off if you did not go out and charge new furniture right now.
Question: What competition would a store that sold energy drinks have? Shoe stores such as Payless have a lot of competition such as Aldo and other shoe stores. But a store that sold flowers wouldn't have as much competition because there aren't that many stores that sell flowers. What about an energy drinks store? Well actually it sells energy drinks, sports drinks, energy bars and whatever gives you an energy boost. What competition would it have? Also why would a store like that succeed. Example: energy drinks and sports drinks are a growing trend so many people buy them. Any other ideas?
Answer: They would have mountains of competition! Every conv. store sells engery drinks plus Walmart and a host of sporting good stores.

Question: How to store polaroid film once it has been inserted in a camera? I was wondering the best way the store polaroid film once it has been inserted in a camera? I have a Polaroid Cool Cam using 600 film. Is it possible to remove the film if, say, you only want to take 2 pictures, and then store it in the fridge? Or does the film remain perfectly fine if simply left in the camera with the camera stored in a dark, cool place? Thanks!
So any idea as to how long it will last if I leave it in the camera and store appropriatly?
Thank you both! :)
Answer: You should keep it in the camera.
The solution used for developing the photo is stored in that strip at the bottom of the photo . The rollers on the camera squeeze out the solution when it is forced out . So it is sealed.Best to keep it that way. It is as safe as it would be sitting in a store.
When I discovered my parents camera , the film was over 5 years old and it worked fine.
I don't know how long it will last , but it should last a long time. I know I have left it in for a year.
If you remove it, it will definetly ruin (expose)one picture .
By the way , shaking it does NOTHING to help develope it , again the solution is contained within the picture so the air never reaches it.

Question: How do you store energy using a solar panel? I want to know how you can store energy using a solar panel. The energy stored needs to be stored so that a light or laptop charger can plug in to it.
Answer: Solar panel is not a energy storing device, rather it converts light energy to electrical energy and this energy either can directly used to run instruments or can be fed to battery for storing.
The working of the solar panel is like the inverse action of a LED, i.e. a LED converts electrical energy in to light where as a solar panel converts light energy in to electrical energy, basically it is a P-N junction diode.
Question: Liquor store oklahoma. Just signed letter of intent. Any tips on what I need to do to open it up with 70k? I am about to open a liquor store and want to know what you think about tips on style, POS systems and where to get one, any laws or hoops that I might need to know about to avoid a long process? Anything or any tips you might have for me. Even if you have business experience and not "liquor store" experience.
Answer: To start, you're going to want to open up an account with a distributor or wholesaler of liquor. If you want to keep pricing competitive you'll need to avoid stores such as BevMo and deal directly with a distributor. Most liquor companies (manufacturers) will have distribution agreements with a distributor/importer in your state. One of the largest conglomerates of liquor companies is Diageo (http://www.diageo.com) and they will be able to provide you with the distributor for your local territory. If you're going to have it purely be a liquor store, and not just a convenience store that happens to sell alcohol, you'll need shelving for the products and perhaps refrigeration cases if you're planning on selling cold beer.
Point of Sale Systems: The easiest system to use is going to be the non-networked till. Companies such as Sam4s manufacturer excellent cash registers that are your basic unit-no networking between registers, no audit trail other than a receipt, etc. and can be purchased for $400-$500 dollars. ( http://www.cashregisterstore.com/samsung.html ) Moving up in the line would be a touch screen system which may or may not be networkable but would create an internal audit trail of sales. This sort of system can be purchased for as cheaply as $500, but a competitively featured system would run between $700 and $800. You'll also want to get a credit card merchant agreement signed so that you can process credit cards. There are several companies that provide this service and a quick google search should turn up a few serving your geographic region. Be aware that you will pay between 3 and 4% of the purchase amount in transaction fees.
Depending on your opinion of the security of the store, you may want an E.A.S. system to identify you of potential theft. A simple E.A.S. (Electronic article surveillance) system will run between $1,000 and $1,500 dollars. Companies such as BottleLox and Alpha Security make products specifically designed for liquor bottles and a 10 pack of Alpha Security EASy Caps will run $59.95. This works out to approximately 6 dollars per cap. However, the caps are reusable and if you believe there is a risk of shoplifting by minors or others not interested in purchasing alcohol, I would recommend this investment to protect your larger investment.
Finally, you may want to talk with an attorney about the legality of liquor stores in your geographic region. In certain states (I am not familiar with Oklahoma), there are laws restricting the sale of liquor between certain hours or after a certain time. Be sure to thoroughly investigate these laws before setting your open hours. Your state's Alcoholic Beverage Control Entity would be an invaluable place to get information regarding the sale of alcohol and the laws surrounding it. You will also want to check ID's of purchasers. In most states a single underage sale can result in losing your Alcoholic Beverage license, for a period as short as a week or as long as indefinitely. It will be a costly mistake and one that can be avoided by requesting ID before you make a sale to anyone who appears younger than 40. If something doesn't feel right when making a sale, check the ID. If there's no ID, don't make the sale.
I hope this helps!

Question: What store would I go to to get materials to paint decals? I want to add some stripes to my car and have never done something like that before. I have read some articles online on how to do it, but what is a store that I could go to which would have all the necesary materials and could answer my questions??? Would any NAPA store be like this?
Answer: I would think so. Duplicolor has supposedly been coming really far, and I actually think they're having some sort of promotion now where you repaint your car or add little things using Duplicolor.

Question: What store would I go to if I wanted to buy filming equipment such as a greenscreen? I just wanted to know because sometimes the delivery time from online stores are a bit tedious at times. What store/mall would sell filming equipment?
Answer: You can get usable fabric at Jo-Anns Fabric or Walmart.
Most people use a bright green or bright blue (Chroma key is commonly called "Green Screen" or "Blue Screen"). Two things to keep in mind:
1) Get non-reflective fabric (shiny polyester is right out) to avoid "spill effect".
2) Make sure no one is wearing a similar color to the screen color
Another helpful hint is to make your actor stand at least 4' from the background, this helps to avoid shadows that makes the software have difficulty in doing a solid key.
Hope this helps!
Question: What store is best at mixing custom paint colors? I have tried 6 different samples of greens from Lowe's and don't like any of them. I finally made my own out of a random combination of 3 of the 6 and found the perfect shade. I painted it on to a board so I can take it in and get it color matched. What store is better at color matching, Lowe's or Home Depot, or should i go to a specialty paint store and have them do it?
Answer: We've had home depot match random objects over the years and it's worked quite will.
Question: How do retail stores protect the merchandise sitting on the outside of the store? How do retail stores protect the merchandise sitting on the outside of the store?
Answer: The only merch I ever see sitting out of retail stores is too heavy to hoist, chained to the ground, or monitored with cameras. Other than that, I guess they rely on the honor system, or having enough customers to tattle on each other.
