Question: Unhealthy? Usually when I eat a sandwich, I eat like 2-3 of them and I put chips INSIDE of them to make it crunchy. Also, when I eat the "Monster Thickburger" at Hardees, I put in some curly fries. It's really greasy as he**, is this unhealthy? Will I get really really really super duper fat? Is it kind of strange eating like this too?
Answer: It isn't strange but it isn't healthy either.
If you like the crunch in your sandwiches, but some salad, or any crunchy vegetable. It make your sandwich look thicker but less greasy. It's good if you get used to it. And your health is important.
Question: UNhealthy? I am so fed up. Okay, so I'm 4'8 and weigh 68 pounds. Now, some of you are going to be saying, OMG you're anorexic, but I really am not, for my body structure probably weighing 65 pounds would be better because whenever I eat my stomch sticks out major and i don't look anything like 68 pounds what d oI do, everytime I eat my stomch sticks out, I just wnat to have a slim figure for once, any ideas? Question: How unhealthy is it to over stuff yourself with food? I eat SOOOO much every sitting. I would say I can eat 2 plate fulls of food and a third if one of the plates was salad. I don't necessarily eat all unhealthy foods ;)
I'm stuffing myself even more now since I'm in college and they have a buffet. I don't think I have gained the freshman 15 yet since I do goto the gym every other day.
Answer: Well, to begin with too much food in one sitting causes you to gain more weight than eating in smaller protions. A human can only consume 40 grams of protein in one sitting, any more and the excess turns into fat! Your matabolism will plumit when you eat to much in to little time. Your stomach will stretch causing you to want to fill that void. Your brain will want to continue to eat more often if you eat that way. Hey, I'm not tryin to tell you to eat in smaller portions. Eat all you want, but these are the consequences.
Question: How unhealthy is it to replace one meal a day with a food supplement tablet? I know that you should never replace your whole diet with food supplement tablets, but is it very unhealthy to have, say, breakfast and dinner but replace lunch with a tablet?
Answer: It's unhealthy and stupid and against human nature. Make better food choices; don't pop pills.

Answer: The fat content or unhealthiness of sauteed string beans totally depends on how much oil that particular restaurant uses to cook the beans, and what kind of sauce they add on for flavoring. Sauteed string beans are normally stir-fried in a wok, which require a little bit of oil so the beans don't stick. Some sauces are more fattier than others (especially the ones with oil). If you're really worried, ask your restaurant to cook it with minimal oil. It shouldn't be too much of a problem for them to do that.
Question: How unhealthy is KFC original recipe chicken when the skin and breadcrumbs are removed leaving just chicken? I know the grilled chicken is probably still more healthy than this but was just wondering if this would still be an unhealthy, fatty, high calorie food to eat. Thanks.
Answer: Most of the calories would be in the breadcrumbs and mostly the skin. The white meat may absorb a little but not so much to add on hundreds and hundreds of calories. it is fine,as long asd you dont eat it everyday.
I did the atkins diet and cut all carbs and still had KFC with the skin etc off. lost weight really well.
Like you mentioned, grilling is better,but It is not unhealthy in my opinion. A sugar containing meal would be much worse for your health.
Question: How unhealthy is it to drink salt water? I am just curious. I won't lie and I say I haven't accidentally swallowed my share of salt water while visiting the beaches of Oahu. But, I don't think the occasional accidental swallow hurts anything. No, my question is about drinking salt water in general. How unhealthy is it?
Answer: The minerals and salts in the water dehydrates the body the more water you drink.
Question: Is it unhealthy to eat an egg every morning with a slice of buttered toast? That's what I eat for breakfast almost everyday. A friend of mine said that eating an egg evryday is unhealthy and that you should eat no more than three eggs a week. Is this true?
Answer: That is a healthy breakfast for a healthy person.
People used to think that more than three eggs a week was bad for you. Turns out that your body makes more cholesterol every day than you could possibly consume.
If you have a problem with high cholesterol you should consult your physician
Question: Is it unhealthy to do an hour of cardio and 30 mins of ab work per day, 7 days a week? I am currently training hard to build my fitness up again.
I am doing an hour of cardiovascular work and half an hour of abdominal/upper body work (crunches, plank, push ups, dips).
I know that with weight training you should rest every other day. It it unhealthy to do this 6 or 7 days a week?
Answer: Honestly, 60 minutes total work out time 3-4 times per week would be more than enough with a proper diet.
For fat burning purposes you should limit your cardio to 20-30 minute sessions in interval style training. i.e you would go 10 minutes bike, 10 minutes treadmill, 10 minutes elliptical.
Perform the above after a weightlifting workout and be sure to change up your routine every 4-5 weeks. Weightlifting should consist of compound movements than use multiple muscle groups

Question: Is it unhealthy to use the microwave? I'm not talking about making frozen dinners because I know thats unhealthy, but lets say you're making oatmeal..is it better for you to make it on the stove rather than the microwave?
Answer: I cook my oatmeal in the microwave, The secret to having it aste like pan cooked is pour the requirded water in the oatmael and let if sit until water is absorbed then microwave it. It's healthy as long as you NEVER cook any foods in plastic or styrofoam containers and don't cover with plastic wrap. Microwaving plastic releases dioxins.
Question: Is it unhealthy to have an exterminator spray in your apartment monthly to keep mice and roaches away? I live in a big, 120 unit building. I sign up on a monthly basis to have my apartment sprayed. There are about 25 units on my floor and only about 4 apartments sign up to do it per month. Why are more people not doing it, and is it unhealthy for me?
Answer: There are different ways to kill roaches than spraying. There is a "goo" that is put out and it does the trick. Neither the spray or goo kill mice.
Question: Is it unhealthy to be taking road trips so much and rarely be home? Seriously being on constant road trips and buying souvenirs, some free from casinos, that you just take home and never realy enjoy because you are never home. I am worried because we have been known to take 2 road trips in a day. Leaving at 9 am coming home at 6 pm, resting a while and leaving for another road trip and not returning till midnight. Does this sound like an unhealthy lifestyle?

I'm single and hate dealing with eating a lot of times, so I've gotten in the habit of eating one enormous meal on my days off. I'll have a few pieces of fruit in the morning and then I'll make myself something like the equivalent of a Denny's Grand Slam breakfast at like 2 in the afternoon. And that's about it for the day except for maybe a little something at night.
I know the quality of the food could be better, but is there anything inherently unhealthy about the concept.
Answer: It is pretty unhealthy but a lot of people do it. It just happens to be convenient, and in the case of many young people, just happens to be what lands in front of them at the evening meal.
Unless you're feeling unhealthy or unwell it's nothing much to worry about.

Answer: Its not unhealthy for your body to eat it every morning but for your mind maybe, it will get boring soon. Theres a saying variety is the spice of life, so mix it up a bit. Also you should add some green leafy vegetables and have a piece of toast (slow release energy) with jam on it (fast energy). I am assuming that you are eating this meal for protien to try and bulk up.

Answer: Chocolate Truffles - Just 2 (about the size of a large gum drop) give you 60% of your recommended daily allowance of saturated fat! And they are about 60% fat composition - the rest is cocoa and sugar. No vitamins and mineral value to speak of.
But they taste soooooo goood.
I would say a close second is regular soda pop. No nutrition and all sugar and calories.
