Question: How long can my hair grow within 4 weeks? If it takes account here, i am 13 natural brown colored hair and i am on absolutley no medication at all,not vitaminss either.i want my hair long for a special dance next month and thank you
so my madre said that im going to get my hair cut tomorrow!(ahhhh!) but is there anything i should ask the professionals about my hair growth?
Answer: try hair oil; it really works! put it on at nite before bed and wake up and shampoo it off. usually coconut hair oil works the best but try others to suit ur hair
Question: How much weight would I lose on the cereal diet? How much weight do you think I could lose if i ate just one bowl of cereal a day until christmas?
I KNOW its bad for me... But my mum has bought me vitaminss from the health shop :)
Also which exercises would you recommend for toning my arms?

Answer: You wouldn't lose all that much, and since it is a temporary diet the results would be temporary as well. And since you would have completely crashed your metabolism, you probably gain a lot more back.
Question: can you overdose on vitaminss? Just wondering what would happen if i took a very large dose of one a day vitamins?x
Answer: Vitamins are intended to boost your health, but they can be anything but healthy if you grossly overdo it. Taken to excess, you actually can overdose on vitamins and other food supplements.
Water soluble vitamins - such as the B group vitamins and vitamin C - cannot be stored by the body to any great extent, so if you take in more than your body needs, they are simply excreted. However, the fat soluble vitamins A and D can accumulate in the body, but pose no danger to your health if consumed within the safe upper limits indicated for them.
I have personally overdosed in Vitamin A (by over doing it eating seafood over many days) and it caused a very uncomfortable and unpleasant looking rash on my torso.
It's always best to consult a health professional before taking anything.
Question: will hair formular 37 shampoo & conditioner make my hair grow faster? ive heard this really does work but i dont really want to take the vitaminss, anyone know if shampoo and conditioner will work on itss own? thankss :) .
Answer: No. You cannot make your hair grow faster with beauty products, but you can help to keep it in good condition (i.e. avoid loss through breakage). A regular trim (6 weeks) will do more good though.
Question: vitamin deficiency that causes hair loss? im vegan, and my hair has been falling out A LOT lately. i think i have a vitamin deficiency. what vitaminss would i be missing for my hair to fall out? and what vegan foods could i eat to get those vitamins?

Question: I am between 6 to 12 weeks pregnant. I have the runs and have not eaten much is this normal???? I had the runs twice today and I have not eaten a lot i had beans on toast at 12 lunch time, that came out about 3 hours later. just ate banana and a nustiment drink, which is like a milkshake with lots of good vitaminss. Answer: It is totally normal not to feel like eating much during the first trimester with morning sickness, and don't stress about it too much. Just make sure that you keep hydrated (try an electrolyte drink) and that you keep up your prenatal vitamins.
If you lose weight in the first trimester it is nothing to worry about. Baby does not have a lot of calorie requirements during this time and doctors do not worry about weight loss (unless it is dramatic). The 2nd trimester is when you really need to make sure you start putting on some weight.
Don't stress, hopefully after 12 weeks it will settle down and your appetite will come back. Best of luck for the pregnancy!
Question: what can i eat to grow? im average height for my age, but i really want to get taller, is there any kind of vitaminss, or special food i can eat to do so? .. also im not sure if its a growth spurt, but my knees been hurting for the past year or so.. is that normal? and to strengthen my knee joints what can i eat?

Milk and bananas do help!
But exercising its plenty important. Riding bikes is a fantastic way to grow, I grew 2 inches over the summer!

Question: my son has very bruises legs? is he lacking in vitimins? my 2 nearly 3 year old is very active, he is at the stage of stropping and when he does he will stand up straight and then just fall to his kneess. also his shins bruise very easily. Is he lacking in vitaminss or is there anything i can do to help with them? i appreciate that kids are clumsy and will have bruises but these seem so many and very bright.
Answer: if you think he needs more vitamins then give him a kids daily vitamin like Flintstone chew-ables
But Please, Please Please let him continue to run around and get hurt. Little boys need to scrape there knees and elbows, they need to play in the mud and bruise his legs running. that is how they learn to become men.
remember if you deny a little boy to run and play in the mud, you are hurting him way more then a cut or a scrape. you would be doing the same to deny a little girl her dolly.
Question: Fruit bad for diet? i eat fruit in between meals as i am on a diet..but should i stop that as well since it has sugars contained in them...i thought fruit was good for getting vitaminss...i eat 5 portions a day..a kiwi,strawberries,orange,apple,pear....will it make me put on weight i mean ive lost 5kg in a month...

Answer: don't stop eating fruits, you need the vitamins they give you
Question: Helpp mee!? Okay, i am anemic which means i dont have enouph iron in my body..and when people are anemic they need to eat meat..well they dont need too but thats the number one thing that will make them healthier. My problem is that i am anemic and i dont wanna eat meat because i dont really believe in eating meat(because eating animals is mean!)...so im basically becoming a vegitarian. what should i eat to become healthier?

Question: i am having hair problems!? My hairr use to be long and thick, but because of trichotilloma my hair grew much thinner and i trimmed it short shoulder length and i hate short hair on me:(I have tryed and am doing much better on trying to stop the hair pulling and i have done good so far. I have taken vitaminss, but its hard to keep up everyday and they seem to help a lot, but i wanna know if theres anything out there that can help your hair grow thicker and longer, fasterr!?
Answer: Keep taking vitamins, eat healthy, your fruits, veggies and proteins. Brush your hair 100 strokes every night (count them) It brings the good oil through your hair and keeps your scalp healthy. Use volumizing shampoos and conditioners. Question: what could be wrong with my friend?(health related)? ok my friend used to be really muscular, like super ripped....then he started losing weight, like 30-40 pounds IN TWO MONTHS((from 130-less than 100)...this cant be healthy...and i have seen his diet, its very healthy, he eats lots of vegetables and gets all his nutrients, and he also takes vitaminss, he seems to be getting very thirsty too? he used to drink a lot before he started losing weight, but now he drinks slightly more(not alcohol i mean liquids)

Answer: Sounds like diabetes or something wrong with his thyroid, but there could be other causes. Tell him to see a doctor ASAP to get some tests done. Hope he feels better, good luck!
