This will give you an overall look at where you need to make changes. Don't cheat, you're only fooling yourself and don't skip workouts. Now here's the worst kept secret of losing weight. Don't eat after 6 pm. It's like a mini fast for your body and what better time to be hungry than when you're asleep?
