Weigh Loss
Question: weigh loss? what is the best weight loss product or routine out there that wil help lose weight fast?
Answer: Maybe this will work for you. Eat what you like. Just keep it to 1200 calories a day, (healthier is better obviously), and sweat and I mean SWEAT!! for 30-40 minutes a day 6-7 days a week. Walk, jog, swim, bike whatever. Remember the more you sweat the more you can add to your eating plan. Write down everything you eat with calorie content. This will give you an overall look at where you need to make changes. Don't cheat, you're only fooling yourself and don't skip workouts. Now here's the worst kept secret of losing weight. Don't eat after 6 pm. It's like a mini fast for your body and what better time to be hungry than when you're asleep? You should be losing about between 2-3 pounds a week, which is a healthy rate without starving yourself. Good luck.
Question: weigh loss study for people that volunteer to take their products? I am looking for companys that want people to take their product for weight loss for free.... I need to lose weight and can't afford to pay for the diet pills and I have (copd) so my exercise is limited and I quit smoking 5 years ago and gained 100 pounds before I knew it and I can't seem to get rid of it ... I am 63 and my normal weight is around 135 I am 5'1" and now weigh 220
Answer: Check with your insurance company. They may have free courses or exercise classes that you can take.
Most of the "lose weight for free" programs are a scam. There are a few legit ones, that are testing new drugs and if you have any medical conditions it prohibits you from becoming a test case.
You can also check with your state department of health as they know of free programs.
When is your next visit with your doctor? Give his/her office a call and see if they can help you. Since they already know your limitations is should be easy for them to help out.
There are so many resources out there that can help you.
Question: Weigh loss!!!? How do i lose weight fast without medications or through food? Only through excersises
Answer: Unfortunately it needs two be through food and exercise. Drink a full glass of water before and after every meal (This way you will get full faster). Eat small every two hours (This speeds up your metabolism). Stay away from foods with high amounts of sugar, calories, and carbs. Do cardio first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach (This is good because your body just went through an 8 hour fast (sleep) causing you to burn calories, speeds up ur metabolism, and burn carbs.)

Question: how can i learn to be pacient about my weigh loss? im 5'5, and i weigh 160, want to reach at least 140 by august20th, but when i look in a mirror day by day i dont see any difference, all im left with is hope one day ill see a smaller stomach.
Answer: Exercise more. Not only will it rev up your metabolism and help you burn off weight faster, but it will also release endorphins to perk up your mood and give you the courage needed to continue for the long haul. To incentivate adding extra steps every day, use a pedometer and keep a food and exercise journal. You can record measurements as well, since that is more concrete than what you see in the mirror.
As for patience, remind yourself that you are not just dieting to reach a goal weight, but changing your lifestyle for the rest of your life, to maintain your good health.
Question: Someone help me start off my paragraph about weigh loss supplements? I need to start off the intro of my paragraph with why people want to get in better shape, and about societies pressure on body shape.

Question: What can I consume today/tonight to weigh more for a weight-loss competition weigh-in tomorrow? "Biggest-Loser" style weight loss competition starts at my job tomorrow. I want to win. I need to weigh as much as possible tomorrow for the initial weigh in. What should I eat/drink? I have to wear shorts and t-shirt for weigh in (no rocks in pocket OR ANYWHERE ELSE). Help!
Answer: Rice and pasta hold water. when I was with weightwatchers my leader used to say don't eat rice the night before a weigh in. Have a nice curry and loads of rice - maybe rice pudding for afters! Drink milk too - even skimmed as it turns to solds. Have a good drink right before you weigh in too (and don't go to the loo unless you really have to!)
Good luck with the weight loss.

Question: What kind of laxatives do you use for weigh loss? How will my body react? Anything embarassing? Can I be in a public place when I take them? Will I be able to control myself? How often is safe?
I don't eat a lot. Please just answer about laxatives, not food. Thanks.
Thanks for the health info, but I'm not stupid! Not everyone wants to be fat and ugly. Please give info about losing weight like I asked. Skinny girls out there, you know what I'm talking about.
I appreciate your info, but know all of that. If I was concerned about my health, I would hve asked, "are laxatives healthy. There has to be someone out there who understands what I'm talking about.
I'm assuming that you are all fat and possibly ugly. Also, you should only give comments that answer the question. Not random facts that make you feel smart or important. If yo want to lecture someone, this isn't the place to do it.
Answer: Just eat less!
Question: Can anyone suggest a good detox plan to kick start weigh loss?
Answer: Detox can harm you see your doctor about a dietitian
Question: How long will it take to get a 6 pack if no weigh loss is needed? I already have a very low body fat%.
I just need to build up the muscles.
How long do you think it will take for them to be visable?
What do I need to do?
I am female.
I am 5'4 105ish pounds.
I can see my abs barely.
I do not think I need to loose more weight.
Answer: Getting visible abs is a matter of having enough muscle (that are pumped up enough) to show and not having enough fat to obscure them.
Do a variety of ab/core specific exercises to build those muscles, cardio/interval training to burn fat, and keep an exceptionally strict diet. You will get results. But keep your expectations realistic.
Ever watch that show, "Workout" on Bravo, I think. The lead trainer, Jackie, in the promos is sporting ripped abs. BUT.... They don't always show during the show itself. And look at the female trainers from Biggest Loser. They have flat bellies, but not ripped muscles. If the professionals don't have those abs 24/7, is it realistic that "mere mortals" will?
Be healthy and safe.
Question: If the universe is infinite how can you calculate weigh loss? Sure a physical quantity or something or quality can be altered but you can't rid anyone or anything of substance. The physical form of something can change, the sequence of something can change.
But mathematically a aged face for example is the same as a youthful face just going through a rate, system, a mathematical equation, even if you get scars or other defects it was the precision of mathematics and events that got you there, values that can be represented with mathematics, historical facts that can be seen as mathematics. If everything is source energy and nothing can be created nor destroyed then it's all recycled materials.
Like any segment of life it is like an experiment that can be recorded...and there's data, numbers, a sequence of numbers, facts, forces, out comes. Is it any mystery that great mathematicians of our past have often predicted your future?
If everything is from source energy and the universe a equation and everything is tied together , the words curvature of space just popped into my head. Just randomly popped into my mind. Happens all the time..There's so many things that are trying to get into my mind, so many...
Everything is just a part of the sequence of the universe, part of a wave, and everything interacts in some way. Even if the physical form is altered it is as the universe is and already was, as per each sequence and number.
You can't take a number out of its sequence.
Answer: keep thinking
Realize you are more into speculative philosophy than physical science
read history. the very Idea that the universe follows mathematical rules is ONLY about 400 years old
Why it is best modeled by math and not magic, music or poetry is uncertain.
QUANTUM MECHANICS allows for the concept of Probability rather than exact reality
It is NOT that we do not Know the position and motion of atoms. The idea is that until we make a measurement they do not HAVE position or motion, or possibly they have many values at once
How is that for a mind bender?
Question: Why do so many people have weigh loss deadlines? It seems so strange... "I need to lose this much weight by this date". Does it mean if you lose less weight by this date you don't want this result? Does it mean if you don't make the deadline you don't really care? And what happens after the deadline? It just seems so artificial to me. Creating pressure and then dealing with stress. Have anyone ever lost weight successfully by the deadline? Ever? Does it really work? Somehow I don't believe it.
Answer: I have noticed that too. I think in a way it's sad that so many young teens are concerned about their weight. When I was that age I wasn't even concerned about my weight. They do seem to really focus on all the event type deadlines. For me it was a decision to become healthier with no specific deadline. I'm also a little older...I've been at my new weight for three years and am happy to be maintaining.
Question: what is the best diet for sustainable weigh loss? How do one keep of the weight and stay slim?
Answer: you stop looking at diet as something to "go on" and realize that to get permanent results you have to make permanent changes in your lifestyle (diet and exercise)
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
