I've been doing weight watchers for 3 weeks now and have loss half a stone but i'm already beginning to lose my motivation.

Question: How do you keep your weight loss motivation? What keeps you motivated to lose weight? I have a hard time staying on the right path once I get started.
Answer: Think about all the good things that being in a good shape might bring to you. More attention, cooler clothes to wear, less health problems and remember that eating a lot is not the best thing in the world - being healthy and in good shape is much better.
Question: Where do you get your weight loss motivation? Ok, so I started working out again. I go good for a while and then for some reason I lose all motivation. what keeps you going? Any good tips or advice? Website maybe? I would love some help.
Answer: Take a picture of yourself with only your shorts on.
Then develop the picture and look at it every morning.
As you progress loosing weight, take more pictures of yourself, get them developed (wear the same clothes if possible) and compare them to the original picture.

Question: In need of weight loss motivation and more, can anyone help? I need to loose 3 more pounds and I have 3 more weeks. I love sweets and I am trying my best to eat healthy (it's worked so far) the only problem is I hate working out and I can't bring myself to say no to the treats that are in front of me. Answer: Honestly if your not going to work out and your going to just eat sweets your not going to lose 3lbs get off your ass walk around the block or walk your dog and stop eating the sweets just imagine the next one you bite into has maggots inside it.

Answer: I have heard that music can be a really good motivation. If you listen to music geared toward weight loss, then you will be constantly reminded of this, and hopefully can help you fight the temptation for that extra cookie. I do not diet, I just eat healthy, lean chicken lots of fruits and veggies etc. I firmly believe diets don't work because as soon as the diet is over the weight comes back.
Answer: I like that you are eating healthier but try and consume a few less calories each day and exercise! I am guessing you have already been doing that though. I would by a scale, its great to track progress and also just looking at your self in the mirror can help. The buddy system is also very good and will help keep you motiviated. Days when I don't wanna go lift I get that text message from my buddy saying when are we heading to the gym and then you realize that you have to.

Answer: Personally i wouldnt trust hypnosis however one of my co-workers has and this is what he had to say
Never done hypnotherapy before but have not touched chocolate in the week I have been using it. Also, have self esteem and self confidence CDs. Found myself acting different at work. Much more confident.
Must say, everytime I think about something fattening to eat I have little voice in my head telling me to go for the health option. Also, fall asleep while listening makes no difference, and I sleep like a baby and feel really relaxed. Was on sleeping tablets prior to this
Question: Weight loss motivation? I have a HUGE craving for chocolate as I'm writing this, and I need any weight loss motivation ASAP.
What do you do when you're in my situation? I've already tried taking a couple of fat pictures and trying to put on my really old jeans that don't fit at all.

Answer: I'm on a diet and I am a choc-aholic!
In my diet Ive scheduled a break every two weeks where I can eat whatever I want. It helps.
And when I get cravings, I say to myself "You've been doing very well so far Iris, keep going, only 4 days until the break" and usually that stops me from eating.
When I REALLY REALLY need to eat chocolate, like when I get obsessed, then I just.. eat! Honestly. But then I eat less the day after and almost nothing before going to bed.
You should really add some exercise at your everyday routine cause if you do then you can eat one chocolate per week without worrying of gaining weight.
What's more you can add other stuff in ur diet that offer you the need of sweet you have, like dark chocolate or marmalade for the morning.
As for motivation, well I think about a guy :$ I really like this guy and I think I have a chance with him If I lose some weight cause now, even if he liked me, I would be embarassed to go out with him cause I feel reeaaaallyy fat and he's tall and thin and gorgeous lol
My motivation is also that if I lose this weight I'll get to wear the clothes I like and look awesome and stylish. Another motivation is that I'll feel good about myself and thus be more outgoing.
