Weight Loss Program

Question: Why is it that when I start an exercise and weight loss program I put weight on? Even though my body is shaping up, my weight stays the same and the reason for the weight loss is to bring my blood pressure down and get off the pills. That is even after 6 weeks of being on the program.

Answer: I agree with the others. Many people find that after they start exercising they get on the scales and they have put on weight. You need to ignore the scales, throw them out. Begin to measure your body fat, or simply look in the mirror and ask yourself if your body is looking better. If your working out and eating healthy I am sure it will be.
