Answer: You should join a weightloss forum website, I go on bodybuilding.com but I think you would probably find http://weight-loss.fitness.com better. Go and join up, you can probably post pictures and track your progress, talk to other people about what works and their results etc.

Answer: eat oatmeal, steel cut oats are much better, for breakfast w/ nuts (almonds or walnuts) and fruit, maybe a berry or apples. add a dash of cinnamon and this is great for your health and weightloss.

Answer: You would better to join a group, friends, fellow dieters, you will help each other and that will give you a boost. Healthy eating, exercise fine but it can get a bit boring if you dwell on it. With like minded people it could be fun.
Make it fun, enjoy a weekly meeting, forget the detox bit.
As for diet sites, just type in diet, there they are - Hay, Atkins, Tesco and the gi diet aso, dozens of sites. Looks like half the world is dieting.

Answer: honestly the only thing that is going to help you lose weight and actually keep it off forever is changing your eating patterns and to exercise. You just need to start eating the right foods, and chose to do that for the rest of your life. It shouldn't be about what can i take to lose 40lbs right now. What happens after you lose the 40lbs? what will you do then? you can't go back to the way you used to eat, you'll just gain it all back. Just eat healthier, watch your calorie intake. Exercise more. Question: How can I Avoid extra skin from weightloss? I'm beginning a weightloss program and I'm nervous about extra skin. I have 80lbs to lose.
How can I prevent getting that yucky baggy skin??

Answer: Your have to lose the weight slowly. And remember that there will be some extra skin which might lead to a small pouch. Also your friend might have all that extra skin but if she keeps in shape and doesn't gain weight back her skin might start tightening up over time. Just lose no more than 2lbs a week after a couple of weeks, because you will drop higher numbers at the beginning. If your expecting a super tight and toned stomach at the end then you'll most likely be disappointed.
